Driver arrived at time promised. Was friendly and very helpful, giving every assistance to my wife and her lady-friend who helped her. Highly recommended and will use them again if necessary.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Our original enquiry was dealt with efficiently. The skip was delivered when we expected. We then required to have the skip for a couple of extra days which was not a problem. Then collected when agreed. We were kept informed by text for delivery and collection. All round great service.

We’re really sorry that the skip had not yet been collected when the review request was sent, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have felt.
Our collections do normally take 3–5 working days, however to help put this right as quickly as possible, our transport team has arranged for a driver to come out this afternoon to collect the skip.

No fuss, no drama
This was the first time we used Bucks Recycling and I was impressed with them from start to finish. We asked for 2 No 8 yard skips delivered on a certain day and they didn't let us down, which is obviously very important when working on short term jobs. They also collected the skips when asked with no fuss or drama. We will be using Bucks again.

Our builder was delyed for 3 weeks, Bucks helped by holding off delivery until we was ready, Louis in customer service is excellent.

Excellent service!! Skip was delivered exactly when requested and picked up within 4 hours of emailing for collection!! Drivers were professional yet friendly. Would definitely recommend Bucks Recycling to anyone who needs a skip or waste removal and I will certainly use them again!

prompt reliable attendance, the drivers are always happy to help with loading, reasonably priced and tipping tickets provided post tipping to show the waste has been tipped responsibly. we use them every couple of months to clear old waste from our warehouse and will continue to use them for the forseeable.

What an amazing company! The drivers had such positive attitudes and the ethics of the company appear to be excellent. All the drivers talked about the lady owner in the most complimentary of ways and seemed very happy. It was a painless experience and a pleasure.

Excellent Company
This was the first time ever I had hired a skip, to clear a garage and loft. I received excellent advice as to the best size of skip to hire and both the delivery and collection drivers were extremely helpful.
