I ordered a pack of dog boots for a great price - much cheaper than elsewhere. They arrived quickly, well packaged with regular updates and fit my dog perfectly. Really easy ordering process and great communication. Will definitely use again.

AVOID!!!! THEY ADVERTISE LIKE THEY ARE BASED IN THE UK BUT THEY ARE NOT. THEY ARE SHIPPING FROM CHINA. I PURCHASED A PET BED ON THE DECEMBER 2ND. IT'S DECEMBER 15 IT IS STILL IN CHINA. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

The pet bed we ordered was OK but had a flimsy interior cushion. On the Web site it doesn't make clear that the company is in Australia, the prominent information is dispatched in 1 to 3 days, in the small print it can take up to 15 days on top of this for delivery and at holiday times or if carrier is busy it could take longer! Also if not satisfied you have to return to Australia at your own expense for refund.I guess they rely on not many people doing this.If you are prepared to wait go ahead otherwise avoid until they have some kind of warehouse /returns facility in this country.

This company is based in Australia. My dog bed took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was the wrong size. I did get a refund after a bit of 'discussion'. The issue is if I had just not liked the bed I would have had to send it back to Australia from the UK at my own expense ( £23 postage. Bed was £36) The company do not make it clear they are on the other side of the world. They lead you to believe they are in the UK with a UK distribution centre. Turns out this just means Evri deliver the goods once they eventually arrive in this country. The bed quality was also extremely poor. You can get better beds for half the price in B & M's.

Charged £50 for a dog bed, described as high quality, orthopaedic mattress. The bed arrived, poorly packaged, wrapped in a bin bag. The quality is appalling. Looks nothing like the online photos, is about half the thickness with a very cheap piece of foam inside the cover. I raised a complaint and after one reply from the customer service, I responded with photos and have heard nothing back since. Disgusting quality, disgusting customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Dog bed was small, thin and lumpy. Returns are to Australia at your own expense. Don’t use this company if you live in Europe. Waste of time.

Ordered a 2xl for my large dog, the cover was quite nice but the lack of filling meant she was pretty much sleeping on the floor. They offered to replace it with a quality checked one (?) or a refund. I should've taken the refund. It arrived a few weeks later and was a nicer bed - but it was smaller than the original so not big enough! I put all the filling from both the beds in the smaller bed and it is a decent bed, but too small for my girl. I put all the padding in the larger bed, and it just moves around so again she is sleeping on the floor. Great customer service, but rubbish product. I literally have no idea where they are based, but shipping took ages and it was wrapped oddly/unprofessionally. Spend the extra dollars and get a decent one.

My order got stuck in transit for a while, I contacted customer services who were excellent. They sent out another order which arrived on time and the dog beds are so soft and dogs love them
