Imperial Mailbox Flag
The old mailbox flag was damaged and was very easy to be replaced with a new one. The replacement was done very quickly as well. Highly recommended for those who have Imperial mailboxes like mine.

My first experience with your company…
My first experience with your company was great. I ordered a sign and you delivered it and I’m very pleased with it. In fact, I called back to order another sign almost identical to the one I had ordered and two others. The sales person still has not gotten back to me and it has been two weeks. I am frustrated and would like to have a manager call me.

This was the best company experience I have had in a very long time. I had questions about an order I had cancelled but Leslie assisted me to reorder the very next day. My order arrived in just 5 days.
Upon arrival a piece of the number scroll was damaged and a call to the company and I received a new one within five days. The customer service department was superb. A week later I ordered the newspaper holder and it arrived in four days. I receive many compliments on this mailbox.
