Mistakes put right - perfect.
A company that will make mistakes right.
Buds fitness...I had never heard of them, but took a gamble as they had the items in and Decathlon did not.
I bought a couple of kettlebells and some resistance bands for my wife. On arrival, one of the kettlebells was the wrong weight (easy mistake... in colour coded weights by phoenix, some numpty thought 2 different weights should both be orange!).
I emailed the company and cc'd myself in. A few days passed and I thought I was being ignored, then another box turned up with the correct item.
A bit odd that they never replied I thought. Only to open the email I cc'd myself into to realise that within that 'thread' was another reply from them. Apologising and saying they would send out the replacement. They said they are a small business and fairly new. Fair enough and as said above, I can see how the mistake happened. I think its great they replaced at their cost with no quibbles. Postage on a 12kg kettlebell cannot be cheap!
100% would buy again. Of course you don't want the hassle... but if it happens, its good to know they will put it right.
