I am sorry to leave this review
I am sorry to leave this review, but it did not work for us. We had high hopes when ordering, but nothing was ever caught in the trap. We had something go dig underneath to get the food set for the trap, but nothing in the trap. We tried multiple food items under the trap.

Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery. Still waiting to see how effective it is, but this product came highly recommended as a deterrent (no-kill) solution to rats.

Placed order a week ago
Placed order a week ago, paid for three business day shipping. Still no product a week later. Currently pretty upset that I have not recieved any update from Bug Clinic as why my stuff is delayed in arriving to me. Especially because it shows the label was created just the package never went to be shipped.

Dear Philip
We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with your order!
I see your order has been sent out right away, but unfortunately, upon tracking your package by USPS it seems like the package has been lost in transit. (it happens often with Usps...)
Please expect an email from us shortly on how we can make it right.
BTW the best way to get support is by emailing us at thebugclinic@gmail.com
Have a great day and happy holiday!
Not new
The product was sent on time and customer service is excellent but the product was used . There were grease stains on the inside cardboard that held the number collector and small amount of soil and scuff marks although faint are there. It wasn’t a brand new product but it works.

Hi Felice
We are very sorry to hear that the product looked used,
Please note all of our products are being shipped in the same condition that we receive them from the manufacturer, and we don't open boxes to check on their condition. We are doing everything we can to avoid something like this from happening again.
