The Build Remote team is awesome! There are plenty of resources to build a successful company. Auron from the Tech onboarding team is awesome with setting up my business on the internet as well as showing me how to use the tools to be successful. He was patient and took the time to go over everything. Can wait to hit the ground running and start making money.

The entire team is patient, and they are really good at breaking down all of the information. They are also very responsive to support tickets, questions, etc.

What an amazing support team and company in general!

I'm a student in my 2nd month of the program, and I'm pretty sure I've caused a few headache for these guys, with some of the last minute changes and extra assistance I've requested. But I couldn't be happier with their response, as I've never been made to feel like a nuisance and they always go above and beyond, helping me built the confidence needed to grow my new business.

Auon has be a superstar with helping me navigate my tech set-up and changes that needed to be made, and Shay has been golden from day 1, making sure every concern of mine gets fleshed out and then properly addressed!

The build remote team did a great job of onboarding and explaining all of my technical questions. They walk you through how to utilize all aspects of the technologies provided.

My biggest request would be that templates for actually doing the job of hiring, onboarding, etc would be provided. Also none of the coaching calls are recorded which is frustrating because if you miss them then you miss all of the information.

Really professional service and very dedicated to our success. Just did my onboarding call and it was very thorough. Haven't started the marketing yet but excellent so far. So far so good ;)

The team at Build Remote has been wonderful to work with for the most part. As with any big venture such as this, there were definitely things unforeseen that arise but they were diligent at managing the solutions for them all. The process requires a good amount of work, and be ready to take notes and not be afraid to ask questions, but they have some great people that will be sure everything is clarified. A few hours have been spent on calls with Auon regarding all of the technical ins and outs. He definitely knows what he's doing.
