My companies policy had expired and…
My companies policy had expired and Bunker never advised me of this. My customer notified me that we were in default of our agreement due to this. Turns out, multiple days after I started trying to run this down, Bunker did an automatic renewal without telling me, or asking me. You then proceeded to send me a bill. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Hey Heredan thanks for the feedback. Note that when there is an outstanding bill or invoice it does not get voided. When you cancel your credit gets applied to the next billing cycle. If you need any assistance interpreting your bill feel free to reach out to us!

Good follow up
It was difficult getting someone to assist me, however once I spoke to the representative he was very good at getting me what I needed. At a time when customer service is vital in competing markets, response time to the client is important. By not having a live person answering the phones, you risk losing potential business from people who do not have time for "call backs". Spencer was excellent at getting back to me once I voiced my concerns and reviewed all of my insurance options. It didn't take long for the policy to be in effect and to complete my coverage needs.
