Terrible customer service and no care for there customers
I’ve been a Builderall customer since I’ve started my business, and unfortunately this recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
My business relies heavily on website quote forms to generate daily leads. On February 20th, my website stopped properly sending quote submissions to my email. Since then, the issue has remained unresolved.
I contacted support on Friday, February 20th at 11:26 AM. As of Monday morning (February 23rd), the problem is still not fixed. On top of that, response times from support have been over 24 hours between replies. It makes it nearly impossible to troubleshoot anything when you have to wait a full day just to hear back.
This issue directly impacted my business. I normally receive 1–2 leads per day through this form, and I’ve now lost over a week of potential customers due to a malfunction that has not been addressed in a timely manner.
What’s most frustrating is not just the technical issue — it’s the lack of communication and urgency from customer support. For a paid service, especially one that businesses rely on, this level of support is unacceptable. And even if you email them like I have twice as well as tried to open tickets to get this fixed with customer service they will not respond to your emails.
I truly hoped this would be resolved quickly, but after 8+ days without a fix and extremely slow responses, I’ve made the decision to move my business elsewhere.
I hope Builderall improves their response times and support systems for other business owners who depend on their platform.

Lasst euch nicht blenden!
Als ich damals Mitglied wurde, gab es leider NUR positive Bewertungen zu Builderall. Zum Glück ändert sich das nun endlich.
Nach 4 Jahren als Kunde dort kann ich nur sagen: Finger weg!
1. Die Grundidee ist toll, die Umsetzung katastrophal
2. Verknüpfungen funktionieren von heute auf morgen plötzlich nicht mehr (zb automatisches Versenden von E-Mails, versenden von Zoom-Links etc.) und man komm erst iwann drauf, wenn Kunden einem Bescheid geben
3. Der Support ist unterirdisch schlecht. Vorgefertigte KI Antworten, die JEDES MAL den selben standartisierten Mist von sich geben, aber nie das Problem lösen
4. Eine sehr schlechte Zustellrate, da die meisten Mailprogramme BA als Spam erkennen
5. Änderungen von heute auf morgen (ich kann plötzlich nicht mehr auf meine Mails zugreifen und muss erst 59 Euro zahlen, um das freizuschalten)
6. In der dazugehörigen deutschen BA Facebook Gruppe wird übrigens jeder kritische Beitrag / Frage gar nicht erst freigegeben
7. Man liest ständig nur positives über BA - warum? wegen des sehr verlockendes Multilevel Affiliate Programms. Nachteil: Erst ab 100 Euro Provision wird diese ausbezahlt. Hat man "nur" 80 Euro erreicht, hat BA zwar etliche neue Kunden, man selbst bekommt aber keinen Cent dafür!
Kurzum: Lasst euch nicht blenden von den vielen guten Rezensionen - da steckt viel Geld dahinter. Die Plattform ist nicht zu gebrauchen.

Builderall Is Withholding Earned Commissions
As a former Top 100 affiliate of builderall, I'm warning others: Builderall refused to pay my $1,000 payout. This was from existing, RECURRING commissions that I had already earned.
Their reason was I'm "no longer actively promoting."
So, Builderall keeps the loyal customers I brought them and collects their monthly fees, but has decided to cut me off from my share.
This shows that the "passive income" they promise is not real. Once you stop making new sales, they take away the revenue you already secured. Be very careful before investing your time and effort in their program.

Their automated email system will quarantine your quality subscribers!!!
Builderall is generally functional however their email system is a disaster. Since new ownership they have introduced a sunset polict meaning that they will quarantine your subscribers if they do not fit their criteria. 80% of mine were for an open rate of 50%. Yes you read that correctly. They allow you to bypass this twice only per list. It used to be the perfect platform. Their email .marketing system is very complicated You cannot easily send an email to all subscribers but by individual list. Even their support don't know how to do this!! If you are a serious business consider an alternative.

Absolute spammers and scammers
I unsubscribed and stopped using Builderall 5 years ago. I referred over $10,000 worth of business to them via affiliate referrals. They said that once a user unsubscribes, they lose access to ALL pending and previous commissions with no way to get it back. Talk about a scam. Moreover, after unsubscribing 10 times and contacting support to stop receiving their newsletters, they still keep spamming me with their emails. Have tons of screenshots and images to prove everything. Support team keeps saying they will "remove me from the list" and never do to this day.

They website says "world class customer support. I highly disagree
3 weeks of emails, no solouton and hardly any communication , they respond every 3 or 4 days
I have been a customer since 2019 paying each month and my website has disappeared.
I can't even log on to my account. A simple password reset cannot even be resolved by builderall
The person replying to me in the emails completely ignores my questions and when I tell him that I've tried that they have suggested to fix the problem and it isn't working, he completely ignores this.
Very very frustrating
I cannot get in touch with anyone via twitter or Facebook either, they is no phone number, nothing, so I can't get help anywhere
Strongly worded emails asking to speak to management or someone over the phone is ignored.
Looks like I'm going to have to give up, start a new website from scratch and lose all the money I have given to builderall with no service

Website going down many times
I started using Builderall 1 weeks back. In this week itself, I have seen that my website stopped responding at least 2 times.
I was lucky to know this as one of my Facebook AD was seen by a friend and he figured out that website is down. I am not sure how many clients I would have missed because of this issue.
After Republishing it again, I am trying to check at least 3-4 times per day.
Again I saw the same thing happen today.
I have written it to their customer support, but not sure how would they help me.
They ask for information, when the website was down.

Blöder Zeitpunkt, auf meine Bewertung von damals zu re.agieren - mittlerweile empfinde ich das System nur mehr grottig - daher muss ich meine damalige Bewertung korrigieren - aktueller Stand 26.2.26.
5,5 Jahre hab ichs genutzt - 5 davon war ich begeistert - Ende 2024 habe ich mein komplettes virtuelles Imperium gelöscht, nachdem es ein halbes Jahr nicht möglich war, fast 1000 eMail Adressen wieder zu aktivieren, die mir aufgrund einer blöden Regel deaktiviert wurden.
Dieser Schrott hat mir fast mein Business zerstört - also überlegt es euch gut, dort ein zu steigen.
PS: Nachtrag aufgrund der korrigierten Antwort - ich habe keine Lust, jemals wieder an den Support zu schreiben - das hatte ich monatelang getan - und auch mehrmals direkt mit Pedro.
Seit Ende 2024 ist für mich das Thema gelaufen - und wenn ich jetzt nicht nach 3 Jahren die Verständigung bekommen hätte, dass ihr auf meine Bewertung reagiert habt - nach 3 Jahren - hätte ich sie auch so stehen lassen wie sie war.

CUIDADO COM A BUILDERALL
Sinceramente eu nunca mais indico a builderall. Primeiro vocês precisam entender que qualquer comentário que você faça utilizando o e-mail que você utiliza na plataforma você vai sofrer retaliação. Eles são baixos.
A plataforma é péssima gente, 90% dos softwares que são utilizados na plataforma são fracos, estão em beta ou são cru. Não compete no mercado, inclusive depois dessas inúmeras ferramentas de IA que surgiram.
Você tem um construtor de site chamado Builderall Builder, que é péssimo para construir sites profissionais de verdade. Vou citar tudo que não tem e que não dá para você fazer em pleno 2023. ( e ainda eles tem a cara de pau de dizer que são bons no que fazem )
1 ) Você não tem widgets dentro do construtor, ou seja quer um widget de comentário no google não tem, quer um widget de mudança de língua e que indexe no google não tem, quer construir um carrossel horizontal não tem, um carrossel vertical não tem, quer construir um banner rotativo não tem, pois o que tem é terrível de pesado e ineficiente.
2 ) Tudo que você faz no Desktop depois para Mobile você precisa criar tudo novamente, ele não é um construtor amigável ao google e também não é 100% responsivo ( é mentira da empresa que diz que é.)
3) Se você tem uma pousada, um hotel, ou um cliente que tenha filial, você não consegue desenvolver um site com reserva, você não consegue desenvolver um site onde a pessoa consiga ver qual a filial mais próxima, você não consegue criar uma área para esse cliente entrar e visualizar suas hospedagens, suas marcações, seus exames ( caso seja uma clinica médica).
4) Se você conseguiu prospectar um hospital e lá tem 1000 especialidades, você não consegue criar dentro do builderall builder um widget que gera uma caixa para você inserir as especialidades lá e o usuário ser redirecionado para página da especialidade. O mais estranho é que ( quando você clica lá dentro para construir um site em branco , a empresa tem essa caixa e funciona bem para desktop e para pc, mais não conseguem inserir isso no construtor pois são linguagens de programação diferente) é na verdade uma verdadeira ZONA.
5) A mesma coisa acontece com as imagens, no desktop do usuário ela salva com o nome correto, no construtor ela salva em números, prejudicando o SEO. Isso é uma coisa tão banal que eu fico assustado como não conseguem ver.
6) O construtor tem 5 templates IGUAIS de cabeçalho e uns 10 de rodapé IGUAIS. ( Qual a necessidade de só mudar a cor? Isso é trabalho preguiçoso, deveriam criar cabeçalhos laterais flexível, deveriam criar rodapé simplificado, rodapé de hoje não lê os links , quando lê pra mobile o usuário precisa clicar como se fosse um menu ( que loucura é essa minha gente)? Você não tem especificado se os links de telefone, de rodapé, de botão, etc são nofollow ou dofollow.
7) O que vocês constroe em Desktop fica completamente diferente em mobile, o código é bagunçado e você não consegue ter uma usabilidade adequada. Você perde tempo construindo tudo novamente.
8) Não tem um banner de cabeçalho que fique em modo rotativo fluido na plataforma, é sempre umas gambiarras.
9) A parte de guardar os cursos que eles dizem ser igual a Netflix , só pode ser Netflix pirata né. Pois não tem nada haver. Você não consegue criar categorias, não consegue criar subcategorias, sequencias e para mobile ( como sempre ) é tenebroso, não é amigável.
10) O blog parou nos anos 80, igual o SEO que não existe na plataforma. As Fontes limitadíssimas, mesmo você podendo subir não é adequado.
11) IA nas ferramentas de construção de site, de blog e de email marketing não existe.
12 ) Hoje o construtor não salva url – categoria- página , isso é muito relevante ao google.
