samples not good!
i ordered samples at end of last year and they were very helpful but I've ordered again twice recently and both have come completely damaged due to poor packing! i dont know what changed but it's not good! hope its fixed in future..

Too long to deliver
Too long to deliver, driver waited 30 minutes for his lunch break before dropping the items. Had to unload by ourselves that’s not good.

After investigating your issue, I can confirm that your delivery was completed within the timeframe communicated to you. Our delivery service operates on a kerbside basis, and drivers are not insured to offload goods beyond the vehicle or onto private property.
Customers are required to have suitable assistance and any necessary equipment available to unload items from the vehicle and move them from the kerbside.
