I ordered a coffee maker 2 weeks ago and still have not received it. Email them but got no answer. Like other reviews on this site, I got fraudulent charges on my credit card soon after the order was placed.

Pretty sure I got scamed it’s been more than a month since my order. I have emailed them 5 times and have tried to call and nothing. I would advise anyone not to order anyth from them .

I was on the app of TikTok and builder shop came out with this air fryer for $59. They sent me an email that they would send my product. I’m still yet waiting for it. I emailed them several times and no response.

This place is a scam. The phone number that they give and email is fake it's not reachable. I still haven't received my items... I should have done my research first because after I noticed I wasn't getting anything back from them I started researching and it was too late. So please Google them!!! I don't even want to give them one star because I don't deserve even one.

I order a heated blanket on March 20. I still have not received it. I’ve contacted him several times and still have not heard from them and like others on this review I had two fraudulent charges attempted on my account thankfully in my bank did not allow them to go through.

Total scam. They need to be shut down! Never received items ordered,. Then later ,out of nowhere did two charges on my bank card , for a total of 699.00. Such blatant FRAUD.

I just wanted a heated blanket, but in the time I placed the order nothing has come in and I received a fraudulent charge for 71 dollars about a week after placing the order, which hopefully I can dispute. Absolute dogshit site.

Also I have an unauthorized charge from them for 379.00 which I'm now disputing this website is a total scam I've sent email after email and no response, the phone number they have listed is also bogus, I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK!!🤬

First off, This is the worst place I ever shopped. 0/ 10!!!!! I want my refund. Like the number is out of service and they never reply to the emails I send.

As soon as I made my purchase from this site, two unauthorized $350 transactions were attempted on my card. Thankfully my banking institutions declined them and notified me.

I ordered a counter top oven march 9th 2026.i never received it.i sent two emails and they never answered back I tried to call and the other line said they were not accepting calls.

Your business is total bullshit...I have tried to reach out to you over a dozen times about my missing order ..I want a refund...you are scammers ..hustlers...I can't afford to loose my money like this ..please be aware pubic ...you will loose out money w this bullshit business

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered almost a month ago and still hasnt been shipped, and nobody getting back to me. Never order from here.

ordered a heated throw, the company sent me an email telling me the got the order but nothing since order 1158 ordered on February the 11th, but I have heard nothing since. they took my payment but no throw.

Honestly i was kinda excited to get my order but waiting was such a pain. The product is fine and works but shipping was slow and i felt like i had to chase them a bit.

Wish I can post photos ordered something. March 7th says shipping in 1 to 2 business days. It is now March 17th and I still haven't gotten any info on where my order is, or even if they're going to ship it starting to think this website is a scam never received any item when you email them, they don't even respond back, I've emailed Every day for the last week, asking about my items that I ordered March 7th.And yet to still have received , do not trust this website , it's garbage
