I bought the food chopper paying nearly $50 with shipping. It arrived poorly packaged in a bashed up box and the slicing blade was broken. They offered $4 back. I am having to stop payment through my credit card company. Also it is a very cheap overpriced plastic thing that was not worth the money even before the exorbitant shipping costs.

My wife bought a kitchen Wireless Food Processor Set and the goods turned up with rust on the blades. We have requested both a return and replacement or return and refund and they are refusing to pay for the return shipping saying it's too expensive. They have offered $8USD as a settlement for something costing just over $50 AUD inc delivery. If you think this company will follow Australian Consumer law you're wrong and they will try and weed their way out of any responsibility. If you can't sell a quality product then don't advertise it.

I ordered one small blender and never saw an order number or shipping date. I tried to reach the company and get back to their website, but never did. Later, I found out that they had charged me for THREE additional purchases. Never did I see, "This is your total amount. " Never did I see, "Place this order." They just billed me without my knowing about it. The company is totally unresponsive to emails.

Not at all trustworthy. The company had no problem taking my money, as per my bank statement verification, but builletined claims no info on my order. I am trying to work with a resolution, but given no response from company -even after providing emy bank evidence. They are totally silent to my concerns. No further options left but to report the company as fraudulent scan company through my bank and other companies. Sad.

I ordered the Firewood Splitting bit toward the end of January. No email confirmation, shipping or tracking information.
I finally received 2 packages of items I didn't order. I sent pictures of the items I received and they still claim I ordered it. No resolution or refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Same site is now aggressively advertising itself on Facebook as integrityf.com. Inconsistent official pages (shipping policy looks especially crazy), etc. The word 'bulletined' stuck in some plces due to the sloppy editinf. Looks like both sites are scam.

Ordered a product 3 weeks ago and still never received it. No email confirmation, tracking information, or contact information to check on my order.

I like the Quilty, color and fit of this shirt. I love it!

T-shirts are good quality thicker material and fit to size. Value for quality and fit is good.

I ordered a rivet gun and rivets I received only the rivets I wrote to the customer service department with photos and proof that only the rivets arrived they virtually told me that I was mistaken that I had ordered only rivets expensive rivets 400 rivets for $39 approximately I would've been able to purchase those rivets anywhere for 5 to 10 bucks sorry not happy don't buy from this company they scammed me

It is very smooth and comfortable to wear.

I ordered a over the shoulder wallet that was supposed to be big enough to fit an IPHONE 14 Pro Max. The wallet came in very small and the material was extremely thin. I reached out to their customer service and they are refusing to take back the item and give me a refund. They actually offered me $5 on what I paid $25 for to keep it and give it away. I don't have money to just give a way. I have been at them for almost 30 days even sent them their return policy and they still refuse to honor it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I found out it's made in CHINA and is cheaply made.
