Shoes are ridiculous made out of plastic don’t fit at all and look nothing like the picture. Tried to return no answer from anybody do not shop here ever.

Shoes are a joke! The sizing is way big according to their size chart, the heel slips badly with every step even after tightening the shoe laces. I bought two pairs and some ortho soles. It's all garbage and I threw away over $100.00. When I try to contact customer service via email regarding the fit issue and possibly getting an exchange, all I get is a reply of "we're having trouble completing your order...blah, blah, blah". I've tried countless times and it appears I'm just getting AI generated replies. So, if you want my true opinion of the shoes and the whole experience.....I regret it, I feel cheated and somewhat embarrassed that I spent this much money on junk. Don't waste your money or time with this crooked website.

I can only echo all the previous comments. Took forever for the shoes to arrive. Cheap, way too big and definitely not orthopedic. Emailed for a return form since there is no link to it, and pretty much resigning myself to being out the money. Wish I had seen these reviews sooner. CAVEAT EMPTOR

Fraudulent claims about shoes. I received them and they are not orthopedic. And they EU size they recommend for my US size foot is at least 2 size to big. "Walk" away...

This is not a legit company. Their website is full of lies. The shoes are a knock off, not anything they describe. My search engine brought me to their website and I was not paying attention when I purchased them and when I did I got a response that my transaction was an international payment- I should have cancelled the order then. They never respond to their customer service, I will be working with my charge card to file a complaint and try and get reimbursed.

How are they able to advertise in the United States? This is obviously a China company. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on August 15, and within a couple of days I received an email saying they had created a shipping label in California. After 2 weeks without it shipping, I sent an email asking what was going on. I got an email back that said "don't worry." That was it. I have sent emails since, as it has been 5 weeks since my order, with no response. Yesterday I sent an email telling them to either deliver my shoes or process a refund immediately, or I would alert the authorities. Now I have an email saying they are issuing a refund. What a joke. I wasted over a month trying to get some shoes before an upcoming vacation, and I have nothing. There's no number to call, and my emails were completely ignored until I threatened action. I will have to wait to see if I really get my refund. This is one of those sites where they act like the product is coming from the US, yet if there is an issue with it, you have to return it to China for a refund. I have played this game before, where I sent an item back to China using Registered mail so they couldn't say I didn't return it, then instead of refunding my money, they sent me the same worthless product. When I said I already returned it and didn't want the new one they sent, they said I had to return IT for a refund. Since this cost over $40, I gave up, seeing it would be a vicious circle. If you mail it back without proof of delivery, they claim they never received it. They know what they're doing. It's a scam. This type of site should be ILLEGAL.

Besides arriving late, this shoe is not orthopedic, offers zero arch support, I have very flat feet and this shoe is worse than flip flops. DO NOT BUY, TOTAL GARBAGE

They do not sell real orthopedic shoes. It's a fraudulent site. They don't deserve even one star. After writing two emails shortly after receiving the shoes, that aren't what they claim to sell, (dressy orthopedic shoes), requesting a refund, I never received a reply. The "return policy" isn't clear, it's evasive. Do not buy from them. They do sell orthopedic shoes. It's the most cheap, horrible shoes I have ever seen. Not even fit for donations.

This is obviously a fraudulent company that advertising first quality shoes that are actually substandard.
There are no links provided on their website to return, no guarantee as advertised.
After filing a fraud claim through PayPal the offered a partial refund with no return. I would not even donate these items to charity because they are so bad!

After waiting three weeks, the shoes finally arrived in a black plastic shipping bag. The smell of glue was very pronounced, and the soles are rock hard. You can see glue on the seams. I would not even consider putting these cheap shoes close to my feet!

This BluePod company needs to be investigated, as their product is extremely iffy for the value.

Also, there is no customer service line nor email, and nothing was included with the shipment in order to return these awful “shoes.” Buyer beware!

Terrible customer service. Been trying to get a hold of this company since my sneakers arrived over a week ago. I need to return them since they don't fit and they make noise when trying them out. I think they will wait until my 30 days is up to return them and then I'll be out of luck. So upsetting.

I ordered 3 pair of shoes, buy two, get one free. I got TWO pair after weeks of waiting. Communication is non existent.

If I could give the negative number of stars, I would. Their sizing is wrong. Their return policy states easy returns, and promises a response within 24 hours. 2 weeks after asking I still have not received return authorization. They wrote twice suggesting partial reimbursement, never provided the return authorisation I requested. Misleading advertising, treacherous business practices, buyer beware!

I ordered a few pairs of sandals and they unfortunately did not fit. They were ridiculously wide. Perfect for those who like to wear thick socks with sandals or people with hobbit feet. I requested a return authorization multiple times. I was offered an “exchange” for other products. I respectfully declined and again asked to return order for a refund. I was completely ignored so I am assuming they refuse to refund even though the website states “easy returns”. Buyer beware.

I ordered some sandals from Bulepods on August 4th. I have a tracking number and every time I check it they're still located in Jamaica New York with USPS waiting to receive the package. I'm glad I paid for these with PayPal because apparently this place is a scam. I've tried emailing them with no response. I'm extremely frustrated and I'm giving them a one star because zero star is not an option.
I finally received the sandals 16 days after ordering them even though I used express shipping. Two of the pairs are not worth wearing but one pair, the black pair, are decent quality and I can wear them. Not recommending this place. On the final day bulepids finally responded to PayPal and told them that they would reimburse me my money if I return the shoes. The address that they gave for returning them was so fake address according to the post office. This address did not even exist. I spent half a day talking with people at the post office and with PayPal just so that PayPal could give me a voucher reimbursement and nothing apparently is going to be done to these scamming people, BULEPODS. So frustrating

Cheap cheap cheap! Nothing like the pictures in the ad. Absolutely a joke. I had to laugh at how cheap and ugly these shoes were. They were supposed to be "orthopedic" and "comfortable". I was leery of trying them on for fear of them falling apart! Were the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever had the displeasure of having on my feet. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!

Avoid! This company is a scam. I purchased shoes which appeared to be high quality leather mule shoes. The actual product is perhaps the cheapest shoe I have ever seen, poorly constructed, a cheap blend of plastic, thin leather and rubber. No one would wear these shoes in public. The company provides no telephone number and will not respond to complaints. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Do not purchase a product from this company.

You can find a better quality product in a Dollar Store. They must have spent their production money on high end Photo Shop. These have to be bogus reviews. Arch support! Are you kidding me? They're advertised as Sandals but the reviewers are calling them Slippers. Garbage from China. Hopeful BBB shuts them down.
