Our parcels were all delivered to the wrong address. Someone changed the address on the parcels. Each time I email they say it’s been delivered!! Yes it has, BUT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!! It’s like it’s a robot answering.😡

This company is the worst, I placed 2 order's on December 9,2024 for Christmas presents and I never received the second order which had 4 of these furry bunny keychains in it, when I received the first order that had these 2 bunny keychains the website also posted that the second order was also delivered which was a lie, they basically called me, my local post office and the United States Postal service website liars, I told them that the package never made it to my state and that it was still in Texas and that it won't be delivered because they didn't have proper postage on it which they then wanted me to pay for and I said no, I don't even need it anymore since it was supposed to be for Christmas last year, I asked for my money back which they said they couldn't do because the package was already sent out, a package which they already know won't be delivered to me, so they emailed me back to ask me to go pick it up?? So let me get this right, not only did last years Christmas gift not arrive, they called me a liar, they wanted me to pay for postage but now they want me to travel from Pennsylvania to Texas to pick it up? What the heck are they even thinking? I told them I won't be doing that and that I want my money back, so now they say they can't give me my money back because they sent another package out which I never asked for but have continually asked for my money back, so as of today it's been almost 4 months of trying to fight for my money back and guess what?? Nope haven't gotten my money but I did receive another email today with the tracking number for the package that they said they sent out which I had to email them back to let them know that it's an old tracking number for the package that originally said it was delivered but never was, I literally can not make this crap up, how do such incompetent people stay in business? Needless to say I will never order from them again and I will continue to post on social media about this until I get my money back.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not only do they falsely advertise, but the quality is terrible. Not to mention they provide awful customer service. Their website says they accept returns but when you inquire about returning something, they won’t allow you to. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I order 4 of the bunnies in a can. After 6 weeks I contacted the company about where my order was. I received an apology and a message that they would "resend" the order. I am presently fighting with another company named blindingshop.com for the 3 time about where my order is and believe they are scammers. I truthful think bullet board maybe scammers too. I will never order from them again

Please do not order from this so called company . They get there cheap items from China and then charged an inflated price for them . You would do better going to a bubble gum machine and getting there products. They will not work with you to resolve an issue. The cheap product that I ordered, was 24.95, when I received it broken they offered me 2.00 for it . Ridiculous, please do not ordered from these people . They need to go out of business.

This company is a scam. I ordered an item 5 weeks ago and it still isn’t here. DO NOT ordered from this company they are scammers.

I ordered an eyebrow pencil from this site. Paid 27.00. I never received my item. Everytime I contacted the company I received the same response with no action at all. Products come from China. It’s a scam site and they do not refund money.

Do NOT USE. They are a bunch of dishonest and an unethical company.
I ordered in error. Immediately requested cancellation ( within 30 mins) but website cancellation does in fact not give a cancellation option so used support email to cancel order. I also put cancel request into chat with was not manned.

They replied, but still sent order out 2 days later telling me I may like it.
I have asked for return address they wont give it. They now telling me costs of post will be alot, and they will recon me 7 dollars. Told them that the return post cost is my decision and not there.
They still won't provide a return address. This is going on over a week now. I have not even opened item received.

On general January 1st 2025 I ordered two sets of translation earbuds from this company and never received them and now they're just like completely ignoring me won't give me a refund just keep telling me it was delivered and to check with my local post office and then the post office tells me that they gave me a fake tracking number. The total for my order was $36.

I ordered the eyebrow microblading effect pens at $6.99 each (2) at the end of Jan 2025. I ordered the dark brown. I did not receive them until March 7th. I opened one and applied it and was shocked it was a reddish color. Looked at both boxes and it does say reddish brown. Contacted them that same day to tell them the error. They wanted the label to check the error and their warehouse said I received the correct color. Wow now I’ve gone back and forth that they are wrong. Sent pictures and everything. Order came to $20.16 and they refused to refund me and will only cover$5.00. I can’t use this color. I’m am very disappointed and will never order from them again.

product worked for about 10 seconds. support insists they sent correct product, which they did. i told them it was broken so they asked for a picture and since the angle drive was still looking good they said it's not broken. Wrong. I feel it's a warranty issue and they should pay for return shipping. they won't and due to their insistence it's not broken I do not trust them.

They answered my email and stated item was delivered Feb. 7 2025 to the address I provided. Emailed a nonexistent tracking number, and stated I should ask neighbors if delivery was sign by them. Complete Scam

My rating would be well below one if had option to press. This company send cheap products that are nothing like they advertised. I like others here ordered the budget journal it wasnt even the same size as advertised and had none of the budget tracking pages etc. I contacted them they offered me $4 usd what a joke I spent $80 aud for 2. DO NOT BUY. BIG HUGE SCAM

I ordered an item from this company in December 2024. I followed their tracking for months where their website showed it was in transit in the United States. Finally, the website updated the status to claim it was delivered but no item was ever received. No shipping company ever provided to try to track, No response from Customer Service. Website and its operators are a total SCAM. Don't ever wast your money with this company.

Product was a poor imitation of what was shown in the description. I ordered a budget planner. The description showed a pocket, and cute pages to color as you pay off debt. The pocket and cute pages are not in this book. And it’s a reduced size to what was shown, so small you can’t write anything in the lines. This is obviously a knockoff of someone else’s product. Spent $20 and the best they offered was $2. It also took over a month to arrive.

I’m so disappointed with this company. I ordered gifts for my family in October, they said it was delivered in Jan, but I never received it. I’ve been going back and forth with them and the post office. They refuse to give me a refund because it was “delivered”. I found out the tracking information given was to some other random person and other address. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM SCAM!!

COMPLETE SCAM. Never recieved my order and keep getting the run around when I tell them I want my money back. My order has been “stuck in transit” for 3 months now. This is the type of company that makes you never want to buy anything from the internet again.

If there is a minus 100 star rating that is what I would give. Sadly I placed my order and was charged a month ago and still no order! Tracking is useless and they keep giving me the same generic answer that it is on its way. My order was over $100.00 sadly. Do not order from this company and make the same mistake I have made. I will not stop I till I get my money back.

Package did not arrived. Tracking number sent is not even helpful. Been asking update from customer service and always said it's in transit for 3 months! And when asked again about update, they said package was delivered! Checked again the tracking number , viola, it was delivered sometime a month ago even if there was no package received/delivered. Been asking for refund but they keep insisting package was delivered! It's a SCAM..Buyer Beware!!!!

I got product. I bought USB cable.
Ordered 3, only 1 one show light. Working one while I charge to my Samsung phine,bits keeps saying check your cable and its charging but will take more hours to charge.
I do not recommend their products. Totally unsatisfied!!!!
