I was ready to buy until I saw the $17+ shipping—on a $9 order. No matter how much you spend, the shipping stays high. That’s not just inconvenient, it feels like exploitation.

In today’s world of competitive e-commerce, this just feels unfair, especially when many small businesses offer free or discounted shipping for reasonable minimums. I tried to be understanding, but at the end of the day, it doesn’t make sense to pay double or triple the product cost just for shipping.

You never get a second chance to make a good first impression. Checking MSDS docs to the lot numbers, 8 of the 9 items were either expiring within a 3-5 months, within a week or already had the previous year. The 10th item I thought I bought never came at all. That would have been nice to get an "out of stock" notice so I could have ordered elsewhere. A half of a month to get a package in this day is ridiculous. I ordered from 5 vendors that day with Bulk Naturals Wholesale, 2 were from the same region and this package came in 4 days after the others.

We are not physically there to choose the freshest products and we put a lot of faith in these suppliers that they know their products and are organized in their labeling. They admitted those old or expiring dates were either correct or some had old labels, blaming new employees. First rule of business, you don't blame your employees at any cost. And they didn't specify which. Are expired products just getting a new label?

Long wait time, no notification for out of stock, not fully reimbursed for the return and received old products. I'd sum that up as a miserable first impression. I could have just let my credit card deal with this but I'm doing what a business professional should and I reached out to make them sort it out. Their ethics leave some serious doubt.

I sent back my products but I'm not confident for the next person that they won't have my same issue, It's nice to be able to buy smaller samples but not at the cost of feeling duped. If you choose to buy from them and you're formulating for a business where these dates are really necessary to market your products, just check the lots against the MSDS. First and last order.

My husband uses this service, and I am unable to find any source to the legitimacy of these supplements. The package says "lab-tested" but what was this lab? What were the complete findings? Are there additives not listed?
