Bull Airs is a small 4 person business hailing from Cortland Ny USA . Created in 2020 by celebrity Artist Thom Bulman from the hit tv show Ink Master. Thom combines pop Culture footwear inspired by 80's and 90's movies, cartoon and comics. Promising to uphold the best quality and comfort above all else. Nostalgia in every step.

LOVE THEIR SHOES! I also loved the great customer service. I messed up ordering my horror bundle. Not only did I get an email back quickly, but I also got a call from the company to make sure my order went through properly. Love these guys! Incredible company!

They make great shoes
They make great shoes. Shipping takes a while but it is always marked as shipping at a later date so that doesn’t bother me. Stuff happens when making product and they do a great job at quality control and make sure you get a great product. Everything I have received from them has been outstanding. Also they are extremely upfront with everything during there weekly updates!

I've ordered a few pairs of shoes through Bull airs, every pair I've received have been of amazing quality and extremely well designed. The website is easy to navigate, and the one time I had to talk to customer service about a coupon issue, I was contacted within minutes and the issue resolved. Will continue to be a customer.

100% Scam
Paid for shoes '2/24' that I haven't received 11/24. Horrible customer service. No guaranteed date of delivery or shipping on anything you order.

Hello Mr. legend... i believe your referencing the bull mags which yes were announced originally with a shipping date of late august/sept but as we've stated in countless emails were delayed because of a mold defect and rather than rushing out a subpar final product, we had to push back the shipping date (you guys paid premium and deserve a premium product) . We here at bull airs pride ourselves on transparency and clear communication. Weather its going live ig/tik tok streamings twice a week answering production questions to at least 1-4 monthly emails with vary detailed updates on all products in the factory. The 2nd we would get a date from the factory it was ALWAYS communicated to you the client. We still value your thoughts and would love to continue business with us please feel free to email gary@bullairs.com and we can discuss further. Thanks for your time SALTY.
Scammers
Scammers. I tried to cancel my order, yes I was out of the 48 hour preorder timeframe their site says. They wouldn't cancel the order even though the shoes weren't done. I filed with PayPal and magically they shipped the shoes. Or so I thought. They sent a t-shirt instead, not even a large box with it in it to look like shoes were inside. Then told PayPal the shoes were made as advertised when PayPal changed my claim from not received to not as described and sent a picture of a box of shoes. No proof that they were shipped, just an open box of the shoes. Didn't even have a tracking number on that box. Could have been any box. So now they're trying to say I got my shoes when they sent me a shirt and keep my money without even giving me the shoes. Could have avoided all of this by just cancelling the order.
