Ciaran Babcock was thorough in treating the exterior of our home and made us feel confident that the problem was being handled properly. It’s hard to find someone who is both dependable and genuinely caring, and he was exactly that. I highly recommend Bulwark Exterminating LLC services to anyone looking for honest and reliable pest control.

Solve your pest problems permanently

We had a scorpion problem years ago. My neighbor suggested Bulwark. I hired them and since then we have had no issues with bugs. We had some rats living in our spa. They took care of that and since then no issues. The technician, most recently Jeff, let's me know when he is coming. He arrives on time and asks if there are any issues he needs to address. He then proceeds to treat the yard while documenting everything he does in photos which come to me in a complete report. I couldn't imagine not having Bulwark as a trusted vendor. I just recommended Bulwark to a friend who wife was bitten three times times while she slept and was terrified. Reports were that Bulwark took care of the problem post haste.

BEWARE DON'T USE THEM


I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years with a termite protection plan, and I’m extremely disappointed with how things ended. Without warning, the company canceled my account, stating they can no longer treat my property — and refused to offer MY FULL refund .

No clear explanation. No support. Just a cancellation and a shrug.
STILL HAVE TERMITES

This is not how you treat long-term customers. I trusted this company to protect my home, and they completely dropped the ball when it mattered most. Be very cautious before signing any long-term contract with them — loyalty doesn’t seem to mean much.

Less than positive

We are the exact opposite of all the great reviews, no one wants to hear the bad ones. We gave up our regular pest control service with them several years ago due to horrible service and kept them for termite service due to the warranty and expense. We were billed in May and called for inspection, which was scheduled for July 14th, and like in times past, no record of it. We did get a visit but only after I complained and even tried to say I did it with a chat bot when I talked to a human. I was offered a $50.00 credit for next year.

Amazing thanks to Timothy O

I’ve been a Bulwark customer for a while now, but my recent phone call with Timothy O. completely shifted my perspective on the company.

Even though this wasn’t an in-person visit, Timothy gave me more value in one phone call than I’ve gotten from multiple visits elsewhere. His decades of experience were clear—he walked me through exactly why we were dealing with a severe chigger problem and what steps to take: dethatching the lawn, when and how often to do it, when to schedule treatments again, and even what resources to reach out to (like Texas A&M’s entomology department).

It wasn’t just pest control—it was a full education and a strategy. This kind of knowledge and care is rare. Bulwark is lucky to have him on their team.

Spamming

I was going to use their services, but I told them I wasn’t ready. They keep spamming me, even when I requested them to stop. I will not use their services and I do not recommend them. Do not put your information in because they won’t stop spamming you either.

Terrible service and unethical practices

After 1 year of pest control service, I added weed control to 2 of my homes. I was forced to cancel all three contracts.This company is unethical, lacks leadership and training. There is an obvious breakdown in communication, procedures and customer service. I was quoted a price for weed control that consisted of services that I didn't need. The technician arrived and stated that I had paid more than I should have since I have zero scape and no grass to treat. This meant that I paid for 5 products to be applied and the technician applied ONE. He literally sprayed round up and that's all. Nearly 1 week later, the treatment has done nothing. The weeds are still standing strong. Did the technician not do his job correctly or was I gouged? The manager could not answer this question. She stood by the price and offered no resolution.

My second home was an even bigger disaster. The technician didn't want to treat my grass because they had only quoted to treat the graveled areas. So he called in and had the office add $300 to my bill with out my consent.
Mind you, I stressed to them that I wanted all 5 products applied at this location. I signed a contract for each of these services with prices and products mentioned through out the paperwork. Then they switch it up with out warning.
Management argued for over 20 minutes, despite the fact that it was their mistake. I stand by what we agreed on to begin with. I was not confused and the breakdown in communication is on their end. I wasted my time, energy and money. Steer clear of this crooked company. I hope this review reaches the owners because management is going to run the company into the ground.

Technician James Nelms

Our technician was James Nelms and he was very careful to treat our property for Japanese Beatles. In addition to the amazing job he did he was very informative about the materials being used and provided me a quick education on the pests that have been tormenting us! I appreciate the time he spent answering my questions and the insight he provided. James is a great example of a passionate associate/employee- he is a good one!

Fantasia was my Technician today.

Fantasia was my Technician today.. Have to say she is one of my favorites. She is pleasant, polite, happy and thorough. She answers my questions and accommodates my requests. So pleased with her service. Bulwark has a great group of people working for them and she is one of the best.
