Wales and Cornwall by campervan
We hired a 4 berth campervan for our daughter and ourselves. It served the purpose of providing enough space for 3 adults, though we found in wet weather it was a bit tight. Mark and his team at Heathrow were helpful and chatty.
The lack of signage to the property from the road made it difficult to find when using Uber and /or GPS.

Personal bemüht und hilfsbereit
Gute Betreuung durch Personal, aber wenig Sauberkeit im Wohnmobil bei der Übernahme. Durch Angebot einer teuren Zusatzversicherung fühlt man sich ausgenommen.

Very good service
Easy collection and return. Very good service and nice 4 berth motorhome. We didn’t take the extra insurance as we didn’t feel we needed it and had no issue with the camper

WARNING!!! READ BEFORE BOOKING!!!
WARNING!!! CCTV SHOWS THEIFS BREAKING IN AND DRIVING OFF WITH ALL OUR BELONGINGS IN UNDER THREE MINUTES (without the keys). NO ALARM NO TRACKER NO SECURITY.
After finally getting through to the company 2 days after it was stolen. They told us it’s OUR FAULT and tried to take our deposit.
Thousands of pounds worth of our personal belongings gone in just minutes. One of the reps at Bunk Campers told me that they had removed the alarms because they would disturb people!!!

Hi Sholom, it is unfortunate that you have reviewed us here with the same review twice. As we advised on your previous review of the same rental our terms and conditions clearly state that our insurance does not include any personal insurance for the customer, including death or bodily injury to the driver, nor does it cover any personal possessions. The insurance only covers the vehicle and the vehicles of third parties involved in an accident. It is for this reason that we strongly recommend that Guests take out their own Personal Travel Insurance. While vehicle insurance is included, subject to a deductible or excess as per the booking contract, Guests assume full responsibility for loss or damage to the vehicle while it is in their possession, regardless of fault. As with any agreement, we agree that Guests should be familiar with the terms and conditions before booking and our terms can easily be found on our website.

Overall good
Overall good, however I missed provisions in the camper for garbage. He’d to improvise with a plastic bag hung off a doorknob.
Also in today’s day and age a 200£ investment in a solarpanel and charge regulator is not extravagant.
Nice idea with the cutlery boxes. The inclusion of a sharp knife would make it even better.

A grand experience
I had a great holiday in my Aero camper van. Everything worked perfectly.
The guys were so helpful and patiently explained how to use the heating, hot water etc.
They were also quick to respond to an enquiry I had while on holiday.
Highly recommend this team.
