Never received the items. Atrocious customer service where it takes 3 DAYS for them to respond. Don't frustrate yourself by ordering from them.

Amazing service, lovely products and great company

So impressed with Bunny Style, just a lovely company, will happily buy from them again in the future.

My partner placed an order and when the items arrived they were very cheaply made and low quality. When we tried to return them, it took days for the return request to be processed and they never responded to our emails. Worst customer service we’ve had in a long time. It’s interesting that there’s no phone number on their site to reach them, goodness knows where these products are actually coming from. BUYERS BEWARE!

Quality of the shorts were very disappointed, inseams we’re off, one was tightly then other wasn’t sure if made for my leg or my arm .
The shirt meant to be a dress ? It was long . Length of standard shirt shouldn’t near my knees ?
We’re these made in sweatshop?.

After a significant delay, I finally got my masks in the mail. The quality is fantastic and I am very happy with them.

I wasn't originally going to leave a review considering I did actually get a refund in the end, but seeing as they have been snarky to me in comments on social media...
The delay with the pre-order or customer service responses was never explained to me at ANY point until AFTER I had sent 3 emails over a period of several days. And I've spoken to multiple people who have had faulty products like the ones in the images in various other reviews on facebook. The rainbow turn up portion wasn't the only issue there was also problems with the stitching and sizing. Clearly there is an issue that a large batch of these products were faulty (if not all of them). Did nobody at your company think to check them? Or did it just go straight from manufacturer to customers?

I did in fact get a refund for my purchase. But the responses I've seen to people online who have had negative experiences have been atrocious rather than helpful.

Absolutely awful standard of shorts have finally arrived after many many weeks waiting. At £26.50 for 1 x pair shorts you would think you were getting a reasonable quality product. In fact what has arrived is best described as a rag.Appalling stitching, puckered and misaligned, very badly stained (looks like creosote) all over the rainbow material. I cant believe the standard i keep checking them out in disbelief. I cant understand how there are reviews quoting the good standard of products unless they are suss reviews. You literally get better stand items on street market stalls for a fiver.

I came back to update my review. I recieved my items and they are excellent. I hope for better communication in the future but they delivered on the items ordered and I am very happy.

Just disappointing. Fair enough if the products are on pre order but they seem to keep hiding behind that statement whenever you ask for an update on where they are weeks after the promised deliver date has passed. Their lack of communication with the customer is appalling, given they have your money and you've yet to receive any products.

I feel I'm chasing them for what really is their job to keep me informed of where the item I've already paid for some months ago actually is

Sadly the impression they give doesn't seem to match the amazing customer service that other retailers offer - I really want them to do better but sadly, thus far it feels like I'm wasting my time. Reading other reviews I fully expect my item to be faulty/too big/too small/damaged which is a real shame.

I've become suspicious and that doesn't sit well - I'd probably not recommend them as they seem reluctant to really give the most basic customer service without patronising you.

I have been a customer since launch and have to say I love the brand. Their products are amazing, I’ve had socks that are still going strong despite me using them in sport, 6 caps that have survived being in the sea, under water and baked In the sun and swimwear that is not only sexy to wear, but strong enough for my thunderous thighs to live in without tearing. The quality is better than high street shops, Excellent customer service with a very friendly approach makes this an all round gem of a company. I can’t wait for new merch to arrive !!

Have had two orders. All products arrived fast, are well made and comfortable, and most importantly, look great!

I placed my first order with Bunny.Style for facemasks in May 2020, and the masks arrived in the Midwest in about 3 weeks even with the shut down in the US. Then I came across their sale after Christmas of 2020, and bought 3 pairs of shorts, a t-shirt and 2 hats. They arrived in about 2 weeks, with tracking information sent to my email. Everything fit and the products are made with quality. I love the hat as they are just stylish enough with the rainbow color showing under the bill. The left leg of the shorts can be rolled up to reveal the color band underneath, which is very cool. Overall, I'm happy with the products and will not hesitate to order from them again.

After a slow delivery on my first (to NZ) the rest of my orders have been super quick. Great quality products!

I can’t stop buying their products! Quality over the years has got better and better. The trainers are amazingly comfortable and get noticed everywhere and I got the hoodie delivered last week.

Ordered a black medium one and was surprised it was bigger than I thought it would be, makes a great (slightly) oversized hoodie and is perfect for working from home! Shall definitely be ordering another but in white.

Shipping in the UK is super quick, even with the cheaper option. Recommended them to multiple friends who all loved their purchases. Can’t wait to see what new products them come out with next

Terrible!! I never received my purchases, I tried several times to contact the company and I never got a response, I bought it in May and now in October, still nothing!

I've bought items a few times now and have had an awesome experience each time. Good quality items, awesome customer service, good contact and quick delivery.

They have great customer service and ship products in the time they promise too. Products themselves are great quality too
