Poor quality,
Awful packing, zippers on half moon pillows dont work from the beginning!!!

Would like to have my cash back! No answer for my email after more than week!!!

I dont know how to reply to Bupsy under this review, but yes: after the third try of contacting support and of course after I wrote this review someone from their team contacted me. They did not offer cash back (as claimed on their website like something automatic when you are not happy with the product) They send me 20% discount for !!!tailoring service!!! to repair their own damaged product and asked me to delete this review. No, product I got is not similar as pillows in their ads. It is just poor quality with unfunctional zippers and damaged pillow cases. Funny, only case they will contact you is when you go in public with your own experience. Shame

Waste of money and time..!
2 weeks from purchase only after my mail I got respond that they don't deliver to my location and will get refund in 5-10 days. .. Fine. Now more than 1 month no refund or any contact from company side after my mails.
Very disappointed!!

This is the best purchase I have made so far in my pregnancy. I started using it at 22 weeks (I wish it was way sooner) and cannot believe what a difference it has made to my sleep. It supports your back and hips, so I have had a lot less pain. The size is great as it doesn't take up too much space in the bed and is easy to take on a weekend away. Highly recommend it to any expecting mom's - buy it sooner rather than later!

UPDATE: Bupsy claims that money has been refunded. IT HAS NOT! Shows clearly what a scam company this is!

Save your money and avoid this shady company!
Delivered product is defective, can be returned at your own cost. What a joke is this?! You are too lazy or incompetent to have proper quality assurance in your chinese factory and have the customer send your goods back instead of saying "Our fault, apologies! We will send you a free replacement or - if you don't want to have it anymore, reimburse you or send you a free return label".

Maybe I am spoiled by EU laws but this Chinese way of dealing with customers is really just a joke

Delivered faulty product, zipper not working. Refuses to replace it at their own cost, offering a 10%/5$ refund to get it fixed at a local tailor.

They claim that their terms and conditions were accepted. So basically they could've sent a rock instead and would still say we replace it at your own cost.

Opened a fraud case at PayPal

Update: their own return and refund policy page states

"What if I received an incorrect or defective item? At bupsy we strive for perfection, but sometimes mistakes do happen. Please email our support team within 7 days of receiving any incorrect or defective merchandise and we will make sure you are taken care of. Be sure to include your order # along with an explanation of your issue. We will replace any defective item free of charge."

Looking forward to a free replacement then

The pillow was not delivered, and I haven't received response on the reimbursement after my multiple emails.

UPDATE on March 9th:

Upon receiving a public answer from Bupsy saying that the refund was issued, I’ve checked once again with my bank, but there was never a refund from the company. If the refund was really issued, please then send refund confirmation on my email address, don’t just state something which is not true.

First of all... I left a one star review on their page and it doesn't show. So already, they falsely advertise their 4 and 5 stars and don't show you anything less....

The 90 day trial is misleading. They treat it as a 'refund' and expect it back in 'original packaging' and unused condition. That's not a trial, especially when the packaging is a taped up black plastic bag (had to cut it out!) and you can't trial it because the fabric is so cheap (and you're sleeping on it!) so it obviously shows signs of use, even after just 2 or 3 nights.

The real kicker.. they don't tell you that the return is to CHINA at your own cost. That cost from the UK is about £60... the same cost as the pillow itself.

Totally misleading and not worth it because the materials are cheap and after less than a month, the pillow is already falling apart and the velcro holding it together no longer works.

Such a disappointment.

CURRENT UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY FROM BUPSY:
This is such a lie. Absolutely no refund has been issued at any time. My first contact was on February 7. As of March 20 nothing has been received.

Highly recommend the Bupsy pillow set! I ordered it during my first trimester (November 2023) and could not have anticipated how important it would be for my quality of sleep as the trimesters progressed. Apart from the amazing bump support, the back support really relieves lower back pain. The pillows are graduated (they slant down towards the body slightly) which makes them extremely comfortable and form fitting. I specifically ordered this pillow as I tend to turn onto my back at night (not recommended past 20 weeks) and the back support allows me to rest my back while staying on my side. I felt a complete difference between using this and using just a normal pillow before it arrived, which used to stay moving out of place or falling off the bed altogether. It’s size is also ideal as it fit into my small luggage when my husband and I went on a weekend trip to London earlier this month - could not have slept without it honestly. Fabric is soft and comfortable 😊 Will be recommending to all my future pregnant friends. 💗🤰🏻

I just recieved my own Bupsy pillow (the whole package) and tested right away. Before Bupsy, I used classic pillows and my back was hurting me every morning when I woke up.. Well, I used my Bupy last night and my back didn't hurt this morning. Magical :) I love it and highly recommended.

Placed the order Jan 4 directly on Bupsy website, received a tracking number Jan 5 and got the item delivered directly to my address in Ph Jan 12. Item packaging is not exceptional but the item does the job! First night using it made me waking up comfortable and pain free in the hips! My belly feels supported as well without the feeling of too cramped up in bed.

Absolute scam!

Ordered my pillow with extra piece, then they sent me the tracking number and the pillow has never come. They straight away made a "return" without me even collecting the package from the post office. I have sent them the proof that the pillow has been already delivered back to them. Emailed them to refund my money - never got a reply, and then guess what, I have messaged them on instagram page they have read, ignored me.. so I commented under their post and they blocked me on insta! Be aware ladies!! This is a proper scam you will never receive your pillow and never receive your money back. DO NOT BUY ! All the reviews are fake , as well as comments which are positive on instagram. The rest they delete and block. I hope this year this company will burn in hell and all the people that do work for this company will have their worst year ever!!! So many pregnant woman fooled. SHAME

They advertise the “3-pieces maternity pillow” and put pictures of both of the 3 pieces (2 half moon + the long one). In the description it’s written “3-pieces”. However, the purchase doesn’t include the long pillow. After I’ve placed my order, I received an email giving me a discount for the 3rd piece. I then figured it wasn’t included. I wrote to the company to cancel my order, as it was false advertising. They declined and then ghosted my emails after I asked for a full refund.
UPDATE : they finally replied this. I would have posted a screenshot as it’s absolutely incredible as an answer :

You are the only customer who is claiming this.
We are only expecting our visitors to know how to read the description, not only to check the images. The fact that you opened a dispute charge on a payment that you made because you did not understand what you are buying makes us understand the type of person you are.

Complete Scam, similar to the others in this thread. I purchased this pillow and it took over 3 weeks to arrive with no tracking info. Then I submitted a return for the 90 day return gaurentee and I hadn’t even opened the pillow because I’d already bought another. Then I paid more to post the pillow back to china than it was worth. And never received a refund deputise several emails back and fourth. Absolute scam.

Your response is not true. I have checked the account that i used to make the purchase everyday and no refund had been processed into this account. I will even submit proof that i have not received the refund. Again i have sent multiple emails to you that you have not responded to. I live in south africa and i bought the pregnancy pillow from them as it says on the home page of their website free shipping to south africa. Well first i did not get any shipping info and when i asked them about it they said that the shipping company needs my south african ID number. I then sent it to them. After not getting any shipping updates again i asked them what the delay was. Then they said that the shipping company can not courier my parcel and that i will be refunded in 5 - 10 business days. It has been more than 10 business days and i have sent multiple emails asking them about my refund and till this day i have had zero response. This is a huge scam and these are people taking advantage of pregnant woman. Stay away!!!!!l

Purchased a pillow in August and have followed up multiple times. Cc'ing the office bupsy.co email.

Sadly, didn't read these reviews before making my purchase. Similar experience to others in this thread. Have got the confirmed order number but there's no way to track my purchase. it's been over three weeks. No one replies to my emails or requests for a refund. Will be reporting the website to Shopify for removal.

This pillow is a scam. The material is cheap and not at all as described. The 90 day return policy is also a front, as when requesting it they say it needs to be returned in the original anti bacterial packaging, or the parcel will be destroyed on return to the country. My pillow arrived wrapped in black plastic and was In no way an anti bacterial packaging. Pathetic excuse and terrible pillow, do not recommend.
