Purchased the Burgess Paul O'Grady senior dog food instore. I have 3 dogs and none of them will eat it. No use having 'no nasties, skin and coat, joint support, digestive support and immune system health' if the food does not taste good to dogs. Burgess offer 100% satisfaction but you have to post the whole bag to them, not very convenient, obviously they think people are lying just to get a refund. This will end up in the bin, more landfill, unless the squirrels will eat it.

Our Golden love Burgess! This was the first food she had when we brought her home and it went down a treat. With out vet pet plan, we were given a different brand of kibble to which she turned her nose up at (even with the addition of peas and yoghurt).
We're now back on Burgess, which we can even use as training treats in between meals!

It so happens that I have been selling products of this company for years.

Unfortunately, the quality of products and service has completely dropped to 0.
Lack of people competent to solve problems, years ago when any problem arose it was solved quickly and now some tasks, requirements. Personally, I think that if a manufacturing error occurs, the company should immediately take care of the problem and here unfortunately the problems begin and the lack of support and help. Today I feel sorry for this company because it may share the fate of many companies that have already ended their conquests as a result of such actions.
So when you buy their goods it is ok and if something happens the company is not responsible for their quality and for nothing because that is what the management and decision-makers have established or their employee has come up with at the moment.
BRAVO BRAVO KEEP IT LIKE THAT UPDATE

Terrible this company just suddenly stopped my rabbits favourite treat apple, to replace with horrible new treats. Really gone down hill, were great once
