Delivery vehicle BF68 YAA extremely disrespectful, They couldn't find the address so became angry over the phone the passenger was swearing and shouting in the background at me because they drove straight past us twice and he was angry that he couldn't find us. When they arrived at our location and i walked away to get the pallet truck they drove off, i called their number back and they laughed down the phone and said ' well we've decided to cancel your order' I am now left without my order after waiting over a week for it to arrive. Absolutely disgusting

Ordered a monitor that was supposed to be delivered in 24 hours. Nothing but an order number came. Followed up twice and was informed that their system was having issues and someone will be in touch. Still no updates the following day.
Really disappointed on the lack of updates or empathy on the delay.

Specifically requested for an update by the end of the day and still not had any comms back.

I had a little issue with a product and James from
Senior Business Support Specialist helped me resolved it very quickly. James kept me inform through out the process and kept providing excellent services. I normally do not write reviews but due to exceptional service provided by James i am compelled to write this.

I'm appalled at the shockingly bad customer service I've received.
I ordered and paid in full for a washer dryer, I received a confirmation email detailing my order the same day.
I had booked a time specific delivery six days later (today 24/06/26), made arrangements to be off work to take delivery and moved furniture around to allow access.
Having not received any delivery updates by text or email I called half an hour before my delivery window to check.
After holding for 20 mins, I spoke to an assistant who again put me on hold for a further 10 mins before cheerily informing me 'my order was cancelled due to technical issues'
Had I not called to check Currys would obviously not have informed me.
I was offered the opportunity to re order?!!!!
HA! Why? For more poor service?
Now waiting for a refund, however long that takes.....
Definately will not be using Currys again.
I'm off to place an order with AO as they seem to be able to fulfil their orders.

Excellent sales team, back office and logistics is a shambles. Had terrible problems connecting with DHL ecommerce as your carrier, shipping numbers, tracking etc etc . Somewhat bizarrely I had an excellent experience with DHL ecommerce just a few days later from a different supplier who seem to have got their integration with DHL much better sorted.

As always Curry's Business HUB (the Bristol Cribbs Causeway Business Hub) is a centre of excellence. Regardless of what Staff I have engaged with I have always been satisfied and they have been both helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Especially when things don't go as planned they have stepped up and there has not been a moment where I wasn't sure they would resolve it.

Regardless of whether you need some help, advice or guidance they are there to listen - even if you don't buy anything. I run my own consultancy business and having a team such as this is invaluable.

Currys always finds us the best products, at the best prices and are always accommodating when we need the items in a hurry. Staff are really friendly, professional and helpful.

Lorna was really attentive and kept everything moving really efficiently, we really appreciate how everything was handled. Thanks to her we were able to do a really quick turnaround and keep business flowing as it should!

UPDATE:
- Emailed them as requested by their reply.

- Email address was invalid and bounced back because it appears they spelt it wrong.

- Emailed the correct address and heard nothing back. 9 days ago as of updating this review

Original Review:
- Received an unprompted phonecall about an item in my basket saying something along the line of they can offer a discount and would email it over. (Didn't email it over)

- I then emailed them back about the discount

- Received a quote for £120 MORE than the basket price

- Emailed them back to query it

- Received a "Sorry, ... it was being put through our system with a completely different price ... I have just sent you a new quote "

- Receive a new quote, this time, for £65 MORE than the basket price.

- Emailed back to query. Didn't hear back. Now the item has gone out of stock.

Complete waste of my time.

(The account manager has been nothing but polite. This is a criticism of the company's processes/internal tools)

Everything about Curry's is wrong. It must be run by brainless baboons. Zero customer service. Zero after sales. If there's any issue after the sale, you'll be pulling your hair out.

Good customer service and understanding of my needs.
Pleasant surprise not to be over sold too.
Customer driven business team who even offered different delivery options for my properties UK wide.

My experience was faultless whilst dealing with Lorna, it is rare these days to have some one who does what they say they will do without the need to follow up

First time ordering with Curry's Business. Originally ordered a Dell laptop for new staff member. I never received a dispatch notice so after a week called to chase.

The supplier had cancelled the order but I had not been refunded or notified. Person handling the call was excellent in fairness. He arranged a replacement Acer laptop with same spec to be delivered next day.

The Acer laptop was actually over £100 cheaper. I was advised that I would receive a refund for the price difference once the alternate product was delivered.

My issue is this was over a month ago and I still haven't received the difference. I have called multiple times, everyone is perfectly pleasant but don't seem to be able to resolve the issue.

I've randomly received a new invoice for the original Dell laptop instead of a refund. 4th call to Curry's today but systems are down so they can't resolve again.

Paid for a laptop to be delivered today, called at 2pm to chase, then emailed, no response. So far I am £754 down with no laptop and no way of finding out what's going on or if I will be receiving it.

Very helpful service by Phil - business support specialist! Quick responses, was incredibly helpful and had the issue resolved for me within the day.

I have switched our business mobile phone contracts to Currys Business and couldn't have been more pleased. The team tried their best to source best solutions for our needs so that we keep all benefits of the previous contract but at better value. Besides a bit of time delays to set up one of the lines (which was partly due to extra requirements by the client/us) all was delivered as promised. Support is available at the other end of the line in UK time so I highly reccomend.

Good range of products online, found the monitor we wanted, only comment is that it did not mention it had a matching white HDMI lead with it, so I bought one when I didn't need to. Like the cordless keyboard and mouse, no need to have extra messy leads on the desk. But the monitor is good quality, likely to buy another in the future when upgrading the office. Delivery quick.
