Meta, azienda irlandese, mi ha più volte fatto pagare inserzioni con addebiti automatici.Attenzione a questi truffatori e mi meraviglio di Facebook che ci fa lega.. comunque ho dovuto cancellare l'account

They have horrible support. the worst customer support i have ever seen. no help, nothing. all of ai chatbot they implement. no real help.

Facebook a failing app
Facebook need to lift their game a failing social media application that is becoming overtly Communist.
Blocking your account for what they deem an advertising post and not telling you what post it is then saying to need to provide a recent photo of yourself to reactivate your account.
Ummm I didn't shut it down they did.
And with government Digital ID totalitarian regimes coming to a country near you 🤣
I'm not about to feeling offer My picture to s company who actively sells your data for advertising purposes.
If they won't reinstate My account it's easier to delete the app would have more free time on my hands..
Would rather that than to submit to any tricks by a socialist media group

It used to be a 4.5 to 5 star app but they are not looking after their Patrons who without there is no social factor and no media mogul
Socialist app.
I will definitely be considering my options carefully when choosing a new social media app.
Use this app in conjunction with another because your account with all your intellectual property is not actually yours if they can close it in the blink of eye.

volevo solo fare un test tramite un bot di what's up e mi dice che per motivi di spam non posso procedere. siete una vergogna e uno dovrebbe pure pagare per usarvi?

One of the worst user experiences I have ever had. Incredibly overcomplicated and often sends you into loops of doom when trying to achieve simple tasks.

By far worst product ever made.

I don't understand how this is a multi-billion dollar company and they still manage to make such a flawed product with generic and undescriptive errors. Half of time you don't see the settings you need or something goes wrong and you get a very undescriptive error saying 'Something went wrong."

Why?

DO NOT DEPEND ON ANYTHING META FOR YOUR BUSINESS. Meta will randomly shut you down out of the blue and there's no way to get in touch with Meta customer service. Emails go unanswered for weeks and Meta has made sure there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM VIA PHONE.

Absolute disaster in just two years. I have been using business Facebook to sell my products online and have been doing all recommended things. However no sales and a huge budget spent for nothing ...

What a terrible company. My account has been blocked for over 8 months without any explanation, while a large amount of money is still tied up and completely inaccessible to me. Despite countless attempts to get help through Business Support and the payments team, I’m constantly being sent in circles. No one takes responsibility, no one helps, and I only receive generic automated responses that solve nothing.

It’s unbelievable how unprofessional and customer-unfriendly Meta treats business owners. This is no longer a minor mistake — this is pure negligence and indifference. They’re holding my money, offering no resolution, and leaving their customers completely stranded.

Assistenza inesistente quindi impossibile recuperare il mio account.
Siete da denuncia... prima o poi fallirete anche voi!!

It's my belief that Meta/Facebook is now ran completely but AU (Artificial Unintelligence). It is impossible to get support. They believe their "technology" is superior and have no way to Un restrict an account once their AU has deemed it violated something, in my case, it violated itself because what I was doing was trying to share between my two business portfolios.

This is a disaster. There is no way to manage the business portfolio, I can't add any of my own pages. Connection to Woocommerce? I can't select any page!!!! Create a catalog? IMPOSSIBLE. Shame, I spent 3 days trying to do something with it, the plugin is creating new portfolios, where Ic an't assing anything. A garbage.

One of the worst platform to create a business page, Poor support ,illetrate people working on the site , with no real help.Doesnt give any clarification and so eager to shut the page down with no clarification or verification even if hackers have violated the page.Not reccommended at all.

Retro furniture is terrible to Buy anything off We paid 630 pounds For bedroom furniture It came with A broken handle on one wardrobe We were told they would send one in the post 3 months and nothing They are not answering phone calls messages on WhatsApp basically they Have blocked us on WhatsApp Customer service is terrible really TerribleI am warning people To be very careful if you bye anything from retro furniture Facebook
