They all beat the airline prices but bounced around with routes, aircraft, layovers, total flight duration, and price.
None of which met our required criteria.

Ian was awesome! He surpassed my expectations (which were pretty dang high). When he gave me the Qatar option I was just THRILLED!

On line advertising got my attention and it was easier to let an experienced agent do the search for a lower cost flight rather than use kayak or expedia myself. Everybody is subject to the dynamic pricing of tickets, but overall, I was satisfied with the work of a courteous agent.
