Good company to deal with
Paul arranged business class travel for my wife and me from Glasgow to Sydney. The booking process was completely straightforward. Tickets came as promised and we always felt confident that the process was going well. We fell foul of aircraft control failure and the second part of the journey was aborted. Paul seemed to be on the case straight away and quickly sent details of an alternative schedule for the next day. We’re pleased to have used this company.

Great Price and good communication
I have been looking for flights from the UK to Sydney Australia Business Class for a few months and after trawling all the different sites luckily I got an excellent quote from this provider. Jane who handled all my queries and extras gave me an exceptional quote which I hadn't previously considered, having two stops rather than one stop, saving £1000. Sadly although the booking experience…
Sadly although the booking experience was good , this has not carried through to my many requests with help re seat bookings on a flight with an airline I have never used before but was recommended by this booking agent .Once again yesterday I did not receive the promised call back and have been left feeling extremely anxious about the upcoming trip to Sydney via Hanoi with Vietnamese airways .
