Hi Dr Shastry,

It was lovely to speak with you last week and as mentioned we were not able to locate any purchases of our switches to ourselves or through any of our stockists.

We understand the purchases were made by the previous owner of your new property and we would have been more than happy to assist to review any orders made by the previous owner to aim to assist with this.

Please do get in touch anytime should anything change.

Have a lovely day.

Kindest regards
Melanie
