I ordered a jersey from this website. After 3 months of not receiving the jersey I emailed them, they said that it was lost in transit and they were going to resend it. They send me a new tracking number, finally arrived but it was not what I ordered. Instead of the jersey I got large black Victoria secret shorts. I emailed them again and I'll I'm here are excuses for my refund. This place is a scam do not order from here.

Ordered a Jersey through this company and after not receiving in two months called and cancelled the order. They told me they would process a refund. They never did and I followed up every month and they always had an excuse. Contacted them again yesteredat (3/16/26) and got an email stating their system is done and they no longer have the ability to process refunds. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY.

Poorest experience I’ve ever had. Tell me that my shipment is on the way yet it hasn’t been sent out yet. Never again will I be a customer.
Avoid this company at any cost. They are not worth the money and time.

The sent me a vest with misspelled words and said I was going to get a refund but never did and it’s been over 2 months now

Look, I ordered just before Christmas so I did not expect it would arrive in time, so when it did not, I was not surprised. It took a while to arrive, but the jersey looks good and my son is happy with it. I can’t say anything about anyone else, but we did receive the item and it is fine. I ordered on December 18 and it arrived on January 7.

I received both Jerseys. 2 different packages. They ship from China. Then go to and address in the US. Then is shipped to you from there. I emailed them when I hadn't received 2nd one. They sent new tracking link and was able to follow it all.the way to my city.

Placed order on 12-13. It's now 1-21, still no items and I've received false tracking info. Really wish I would've checked reviews before ordering. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay away and order elsewhere

Order jersey, never shipped or gave refund. Contacted several times and all they gave were excuses. Complete scam

After 35 days, I still do not have the package, or an accurate shipping number. Company will not issue a refund. I will be going through my bank to recoup my money.

Do not order anything. If you have already ordered something, contact you credit card company and dispute the transaction. That is the only way that you will get your $$ back.
Also, please report your experience to the Better Business Bureau. If you search this company, you will se that we all got scammed.

I am a Very Satisfied Customer. I placed 2 separate orders 11/19 & 11/20. I received 1st Jersey 12/20 & 2nd Jersey 12/29. They are exactly how they described them perfectly stitched, Nike Quality and the price less than $100.00 per Jersey You won't find quality like this anywhere else.

My jersey never arrived. I ordered the 11/24 an it stopped tracking nOv 27. I filed with my cc company.

Ordered a jersey on 20 September, on 27 October the jersey hadn't arrived. I dug into the company and found it's at best shady and probably a scam.
Bustlights website lists its address as 1309X Avenue, STE 1499, Sherideen, Wyoming, 82321, but the city name is spelled incorrectly the address doesn’t exist.
Payments are sent to RUBYGIFTS, registered in Boulder, Colorado, at an address where 1002 companies have been formed since December 2020. Colorado lists the company as defunct, and the phone number listed isn't tied to any business or individual.
I contacted the company when the package wasn't delivered 12 days after their latest delivery date. The original tracking showed the shipping partner had the product on September 21, but the updated tracking information reflected a 21 October date. They blamed weather, but there's been none at any of their theoretical locations or in Jamaica, New York, where the theoretical shipping partner resides. Jamaica is the home of a USPS international shipping receiving center, but there's no reason for a product made in this country to go through that center on its way to Texas. Bustlights.com is registered in Iceland, as are other sites that use the false address in Wyoming.
This site is a scam. I'm in the process of notifying the FTC, the offices of the Secretary of State in Colorado and Wyoming, and the BBB.

Its a scam company. They are Thieves. Too bad I can't give this company a zero star.. on the page and all these people. are buying as a pop up's keep coming. Had to go back through the credit card company. to be refunded. because it is a scam company.

Website shows company in Colorado. It’s not! It’s in China. They have horrible customer service. They claim to have hassle free returns, nope! They won’t resort emails, they won’t let you cancel orders, they won’t respond to return and refund requests. Shipping takes an incredibly long amount of time!! My shipping was 43 days! I received three emails stating item shipped , no they lied about that. Not a trustworthy company.
