James was second to none he went above and beyond great guy would highly recommend asking for him .
Missed 2 appointments to view a property and when they eventually did turn up I felt rushed to look around. Quite Unprofessional from such a big company.

Have dealt with Charlotte from the first viewing right through the transaction. She is friendly, professional and kept on top of the progress through conveyancing. Highly recommend.

Very helpful - Would recommend
Very helpful, Charlotte ended up doing alot of the communication & chasing that our solicitors should have been doing. Always helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Mis-selling a property
I recently bought a share in a house in Nantwich. I was assured that there would be a shower screen on the bath and the shower head mounted above the bath. However, this is not the case so don't believe what you see in their brochure or if they show you a similar house as it will not be correct. Myself and my two neighbours were misled and mis-sold the properties, Extremely disappointed and quite angry

Hi Keith, every effort is made to ensure that correct information is given at the time of viewing, however changes to specification items can be made at times by the developer at their discretion. When you viewed the property type you were interested in, we were able to show you round a plot that was built but was sold subject to contract to another buyer. At that point, the specification that you saw was what the developer was including in their build. Unfortunately, due to you buying off plan, the developer changed the specification without informing us. We understand your frustrations and I can assure you that we have not intentionally misled you. If the developer had made us aware of the change in specification, we would have informed you, but unfortunately this was something that was out of our control.
Slightly Unprofessional
Missed 2 appointments to view a property and when they eventually did turn up I felt rushed to look around. Quite Unprofessional from such a big company.

Awful from start to finish, Gary the manager lied about issues with the property and was unhelpful to solve them.
