Went in and bought myself a new tracksuit and they not long after purchasing. Was very disappointed in the quality and feel of the fabric.

Apologies for this, Matthew! This is quite unusual for us, we sell tens of thousands of tracksuits a year and experience very few issues so I'm sure this was just a one off unlucky instance.

I would say I’m the customer from hell. First batch was delivered but never arrived (no fault of the company looks like it was pinched from the porch), second batch I tried on when I first opened and all fit fine, but one of the brands I bought shrunk a bit in the wash so I contacted the company to enquire about returns for all the shirts I’d bought of that brand. Both times the companies response quick, service orientated and understanding. The other brands I bought were incredibly good value and great material. Will definitely be back.

Button Fresh has a good business mode.
Button Fresh has a good business model which is to bring good clothing to the market at very good prices. I have bought several shirts in the past and they are very good value for money. However, for the last six months, atleast, they have not had a trouser offer that I can buy. That is why I have reduced my score tick which otherwise would have been 100%.

Apologies for this, Barrie! I would love to stock more trousers as well, we have plenty of demand for them, but being in the clearance industry we can't necessarily just 'choose' our stock. We're only able to stock goods which another company has cleared for some reason (end of line, past season, bankruptcy, factory over-run etc.).
In addition to this, even if we are offered some trousers, if the price is to high we say... absolutely not.
So it depends on a combination of factors: having the right goods available to us and for those goods to be at an acceptable price. Unfortunately for trousers this hasn't been the case recently but rest assured as soon as we do locate some we'll stock them immediately. We're crying out for them!
