Working with Buy.ca really simplified buying my first investment property. I knew that I was priced outside of the GTA and I eventually narrowed options down to Kanata. That's when I booked a call with them. I spoke to Ven and he walked me through their service, connected me to a local agent in Ottawa and kept in touch throughout to make sure things went smoothly. Even though I didn't qualify for their Down Payment Boost program, Buy.ca still had a lot of other things they were willing to offer - a low commission + cash back, they connected me to a mortgage broker that gave a quick pre-approval and a law firm that charged a flat fee for closing. Working with them took a lot of pressure off in trying figure out how I was going to make this investment since the communication was solid and the process felt clear at every step.
