Terrible organisation and delivery
I was informed your driver had a bad back and shouldn’t be lifting! Really when delivering heavy steel. Not very practical to say the least.
Also the delivery of steel should be delivered by a grab wagon, not one man. I had to bring my builder off a job and help lift it.
Also the driver said he was told there would be 5 or 6 builders on the job which I never said that when I ordered so why is someone telling lies???
Not a good service.

Hi Amanda, I have looked at your order and you chose a standard delivery which clearly states that its the customers responsibilty to unload or have suitable man power on site to do so. If you wanted us to unload then you needed to choose a Kerbside offload service, again, clearly stated in the checkout. If you have any further questions please get in touch.

I purchased a RSJ cut down to my required sizes for a garden project, price was reasonable as was the carriage charge although i did collect my order.Short lead-time good price and a lot better than other products offered by competitors for the same job, i will definitely use this company again
