FRAUD company

FRAUD company! Terrifying experience! STAY AWAY
They are big Fraudsters in the US wholesale industry mainly for Amazon sellers. They will sell some gray market products from major brand names which are either fake or expired or you will receive a completely different product that what’s shown to you before ordering. I have ordered Chicago cutlery knives set from them, paid $9000+ USD for this order (high ticket item). They have sent me some cheap quality knives that have different handles altogether. The knife sets are totally different from what they have offered me in the email. Initially they were not responding to me but after persistent multiple follow-ups they replied to me saying " Looks like our Florida warehouse sent you the wrong item but I will need to ship everything back to them and pay for the shipping to their warehouse ".......... Crap. They said they will offer refund only if they think it’s a mistake from them, not to mention the products went straight to Amazon FBA warehouse and we did not touch them. When we submitted a dispute with the CC company , BULK BUY are expert in handling these disputes and they were able to somehow convince the financial institute with fake documentation even with all legitimate reports from our side, we have lost the battle. Thinking of filing a lawsuit... We got burnt on some other products as well, its not only a loss on the initial purchase but our customers returning all the orders has caused us thousands of $ in loss along with penalties from Amazon. JUST STAY AWAY COMPLETELY, THERE IS A REASON THEY SELL THE PRODUCTS CHEAP. BUY BULK AMERICA is an absolute FRAUD.

Worst company I've ever dealt with.

Purchased items Feb 23, they sent items into amazon 15 days later.

Items were knock off and not legit. Returned items to them, no refund.

Opened credit card disputes in order to win.

Awful communication, English not first language. Just a trash bag company

not open for customer service

Placed an order on 2nd march, and they sent an email on 6th march with an invoice stating that the due date was 4 march, two days before we received the invoice. and when inquired through email. they said they were closed for two days. and will not respond to any inquiry. they are only open to receiving money. but not to reply to any inquiry.

SCAM!! STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered an item from these guy and they sent me an invoice the next day requesting payment immediately. I effected ACH payment into their bank account and soon after payment, I was told item was out of stock.

I then requested a refund and that’s where they stopped responding to my emails. Customer service non-existent. It’s been almost 3 weeks and nobody response to my emails or calls. For your own good PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, ITS A SCAM!!

Is it me or do most of the items they sell cost as much as full retail price at most big supermarket chains ??? Either I'm not great at math or they're trying to pull a fast one. PLEASE someone respond because I'd actually like to know.

JUST DON'T!

I shop online literally every day. I thought I struck gold when I ran across this site. I read their policies on returns, shipping & exchanges before I placed an order for approx $500 in mid-February. When I still hadn't received the order I left a message on their customer service VM. The next day I received an email saying the order had been held up due to warehouse issues. I replied immediately, telling them I wanted the order to be refunded and canceled - Their policy says orders can be canceled unless already shipped. The reply from the company was that the order would be sent in "a few days". I again asked that the order be canceled as the purchases were items I needed and couldn't wait for I had already found another vendor. Of course, they didn't cancel the order and I ended up with duplicates of items, like a stick steam mop, that I had already purchased elsewhere. I contacted BuyBulkAmerica.com immediately upon receiving the shipment to return the items I did not need only to be told that, despite shipping the order against my repeated requests for cancelation, they only accept returns "if the problem originates from their end". I sent a reply saying that since they did not cancel the order when I requested and the shipment wasdelayed by more than a month, I would say the issue DID originate at their end. At that point, I never received a return email or phone call. Over the following week, I contacted the company, trying every possible extension and email, over 100 times with NO RESPONSE. My credit card company ultimately ate the charge, but seriously, this day in age, where everyone is so big on communication, there is absolutely no reason for this. After considering their "business model" and reading many, many reviews similar to my own, I think they actually INTEND to make it impossible to cancel an order or return an item. BOTTOM LINE: DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM BBA THAT YOU WANT TO RECEIVE IN LESS THAN A MONTH AND DON'T BUY ANYTHING YOU MIGHT NEED TO RETURN OR REQUIRE SERVICE OR ASSISTANCE WITH... BETTER YET, JUST DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. There are too many alternatives available for a company like this to be in business for as long as they have.

Customer service

Customer service, what customer service they never answer the phone or respond back to emails. The person that handles extension 106 should be let go. I’ve left a message every day now for the last 2 weeks, still no response. I hope this review gets someone’s attention, because if I don’t hear from somebody I’ll be sure to leave a negative review everywhere I possibly can.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. They take a week to ship an order. Asked for copies if Invoices, no response and WILL not take returns. Find a better supplier. They are many out there.

First Order

In the beginning, I had trouble just placing the order via online. It took several days and several attempts each day to place the order. So, I am hoping it will be much easier when I place my next order. It would have been nice to have received something showing the order was placed, or accepted. However, I did receive the product ordered. So, thank you.

I ordered on Oct 1st did not hear from…

I ordered on Oct 1st did not hear from them, so I emailed many times and called and left messages and finally after 10 days I get a email saying they were closed the 1st and 2nd of October and were behind. Then I finally received the order on the 19th day of October. way to many days to get an order and no excuse for all these delays.

Good products, but annoying habits

They only tell you *after* you place your order that something is unavailable. Also, they start spamming your in box. I'm getting emails every day (literally... not an exaggeration).
