The parts were good quality but the delivery cost was quite expensive.

Ordered a tyre which tracking proves did not arrive from Germany. The courier returned the item to the warehouse. After three weeks realised I had not been issued my refund. Navigated a dreadful customer service bot inly to be told that I would not get my refund until the item was returned to the warehouse. Tracking proves this was never delivered to my house. I am now £100.00 out of picket and had to buy a tyre in the UK. AVOID at all cost as this company are thieves.

This company is a total joke don't waste your time, been over a year never delivered and no refund. just keep ask for bank details again and again. total scam

My item was delivered to somewhere in France, not my UK address…have asked for a refund and similar to others have been told I will get it when the item gets back to there warehouse so I will likely need to contact my bank. Things go wrong but when it does your customer service processes shouldn’t make a customer wait for a refund due to your chosen courier and/ or internal processes being a mess.

This company is based in Germany and is part of Autodoc (who I have used befroe and found to be ok). However a recent order for a motorcycle tyre did not go well. I knew the delivery would take longer and that was not a problem, however on checking the tracking, after clearing customs the tyres were stuck in the same DPD warehouse in Germany for 6 days. The only means of contact is via a chat bot system, where eventually you get to chat to a human. They promised to investigate and email me an update (no email received) checking tracking the next day - item was being "returned to sender". So I asked for my money back. I am told,they can't issue a refund until the item is received back in their warehouse and checked! They then tried to say I had cancelled the order! I explained the item had never left Germany, but you are trapped in a system where nobody cares. I rasised a dispute with my credit card company to get my momey back. This is not a scam company, just one with very poor customer service when things go wrong. I would not use them again.

when you order with expert check after putting you registration details in. you ALWAYS get an email saying those parts dont fit your vehicle and are OFFERED PARTS THAT ARE SUSPICIOUSLY MORE THAN TWICE AS EXPENSIVE . So why list them for your cars registration. They then ask if you want to pay extra for the alternative parts knowning that you just want your car fixed ASAP. Bought the parts as i need my car for work ASAP but i will NEVER use these scammers again. Also there seems to be no phone contact number on the site and they provided no order details or tracking detail. But they were quick enough to take my money

Please be aware that your parts will come from Germany and will take several days or more to arrive. This company is in fact AutoDoc under a different name. The company title is misleading - it's not GB! There's nothing wrong with the parts, just the lack of transparency over the delivery time.

I placed an order and payment was taken but I received no confirmation email and the items have not been delivered. I contacted customer services and received an automated reply but no answers to my questions. This is a scam website. Do not order from them.

Great service, genuine parts, delivery could be quicker, 7 days from order to delivery is fairly long for a UK - UK order.

Be aware they are just frauds .Bought from them some car parts .On their webside I entered my reg number , later checked all details of the car,and after confirmation was moved to the page with car parts suitable for my car( that what I was believed ).Unfortunately was waiting for 3 weeks until they came ,but the worst thing was that they did not fit to my car?!!!After online chat with their agent (Alex Moss) I was told that I can return it but on my own cost???!!!Otherwords their mistake and mess on their web and I have to pay for it-it's both arrogant and ridiculous!Otherwords I followed their instructions and on the end it occuered it was my mistake!!!.Their agent said that they provide only estimated parts fit(didn't find anything about it on their web).There is 7l of oil and other parts- send it from UK to Berlin cost a few pounds.Unbelievable never ever some funny foregin companies .Be aware autodoc and buycarparts it's the same sh...t
