I have bought an RDP for streaming
I have bought an RDP for streaming, but it is stuck in pending. I have written 4 times to the technical support without response, it has been 4 days without knowing anything about the service that I hired. It is a fraud because they do not respond to the tickets. Then I looked for another similar service and I found several sites with the same structure and website look and field, they only changed their logo but is the same. But this type of site seems like a fraud.

i bought 10Gbps RDP and they delivered me 1Gbps , now they stop replying to ticket it is been 2 days.

They are not replying me, i opened a Support ticket 3 days ago, but support said please open a ticket to abuse department, ( i don't know why they said it ) so i opened a new ticket to abuse department 3 days ago, but abuse department are not replying. its been 3 days not a single reply they are are scammers

customer support is bad i created ticket 6h ago also send message on their whatsapp number but o one seen my problem....i purchased cheap FR 30 RDP but i got ping problem,experience is bad with lags.
I mailed about to fix that but they didnt responded yet
if they cant solve my problem better to give me refund
