Desk purchased online. Said it was in stock. Weeks later I'm chasing up any type of update about delivery to be told it's on the docks and won't be much longer. A week later I get an email saying it's out of stock! Even though the website still says available. They offer me a cheaper one and a refund of the difference. Suddenly my alternative desk shows up at my doorstep for delivery. No notification it was coming that day. Now still chasing my refund difference. Sent another 2 emails chasing them. Nothing. Customer service is terrible

We purchased a number of Monti office chairs from BDO Furniture just over two years ago, and I thought it was about time I left a review after recently calling to order more.

The whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. Delivery was fast, the customer service was outstanding, and the quality of the chairs has exceeded our expectations. After more than two years of daily use, the Monti chairs are still in fantastic condition and remain incredibly comfortable.

When it came time to purchase additional chairs, there was no hesitation—we ordered the same model again because we've been so happy with them.

If you're looking for a high-quality office chair backed by excellent service, I can highly recommend the Monti chair and BDO Furniture. It's refreshing to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise.

I'm not writing this only to support the business but also to encourage others to not be an idiot like I was. Over all the years, it had never even occurred to me to try replacing office chair parts rather than replacing the entire chair (how bloody stupid am I?). After a couple canister wheels breaking through the plastic material on this office chair base I decided to do a quick search as the rest of the chair is really comfortable and I'd like to keep sitting on it. Low and behold BDO is a thing. Why have you all been hiding this place from me? Anyway, BDO had my sturdy chrome chair base, new canister wheels and gas lift ready for shipping within 24 hours. Removing the old base and adding the new one was fairly simple although it did take a few wacks with the hammer to remove the old base. BDO offer a range of these items at different price points (even canister wheels with RGB lighting). So anyway, if you're an idiot like myself and have thrown out all your perfectly fixable office chairs in the past, BDO is a thing and you should buy stuff from them because they will send it to you after you pay for it.

Purchased a work station. Fantastic, solid construction. Customer service was above and beyond from going into their showroom to the follow-up emails and calls from MIKE (Michael Francisco). Mikes response to emails and calls enquiring on things was outstanding. He really cares for his customers. His customer service was something that you don’t see nowadays. Highly recommend their products and especially the customer service.

Good service, good product.

I recently purchased a chair from them. The quality of the chair is amazing and it's so comfortable. I love the mesh back and the soft padding on the seat. My chair broke down so was in a need for a new one, and surprisingly the delivery was so much quicker than what I expected. It was easy to set up. The staff were very patient and helpful while listening to what I wanted in my new chair and recommended me this chair. Overall I would highly recommend anyone to get this chair from them!

Mike from the Sales Team was such a pleasure to deal with. He found what I wanted and rang back immediately to finalise the invoice and organise delivery. Clear communication and also has a great sense of humour. Will recommend BDO Furniture to everyone. Thank you Mike.

Amazing service from the team, their customer support is fantastic and I am thrilled with my new desk and chair for my home office. Productivity is at an all time high.

Mike explained the product choices well and organised the product to be shipped to Melbourne promptly.
There was a delay in the product arriving but that was due to the Australia Day Holiday which slowed down deliveries. Mike enabled me to make direct contact with the Transport company to track the product.

Have bought several products from this company over the last few years. Most recently a desk chair. I have back and leg issues and went to their showroom to try them out. Served quickly and no pressure to buy, offered suggestions, answered questions very knowledably and understanding of my requirements. Found the perfect chair and loving it. Highly recommend. The service I got was fantastic and great being able to talk to real people who knew their products.

Wow love this company. I went looking for a sit to stand desk to do my art work on. The staff were great and listened to what I wanted. The desk I bought was so well priced I have been telling all my friends. This site is a fraud. I bought a office stool which was so uncomfortable to sit in. I write a review to let the others know of how uncomftable the chair is and the reviews had to be approve by admin before being posted? No wonder its only all 5star reviews on the website lol
