No customer service. If anything happens to your product you’re on your own. Called more than twenty times no answer. No answering service either. My package was not delivered. I lost my money and the package.

Ordered an elliptical trainer via Amazon on 22 June with a delivery date of 10 July. As soon as the deadline passed it was marked as running late. They haven't provided any tracking details for the order. I have sent seven emails since then asking where the x-trainer is or to provide proper tracking. Amazon will now have to refund me if the trainer hasn't arrived by 31/07/24.

Should be allowed to zero star, was expecting chairs beginning the month sent about 5 emails now not 1 single reply, now wanting refund which is proving hard as no one is replying to any emails. Joke 9f a company n looks like not only one been ripped off

Purchased 2 poor quality sun chairs from this company via Wowcher.
Returned the chairs after one popped a rivet after the first use and they have issued a credit note via Wowcher.
I informed them that I want a full refund via email.
This is what you are entitled to via online rules.
They are now returning my emails and ignoring any customer requests.
I would think about using this very poor customer service Company.

They are only getting 1 star as I can’t give none. Bought some garden chairs. One broke on first time of using. Sent photos and argued. Got a replacement 3 months later and it’s totally a different colour design, rusty and got holes in it.

If I could give this dreadful lot zero stars I would. Countless emails asking for a refund for the terrible garden chairs I returned and I'm just ignored. Their partners in crime Wowcher are just as complicit. I'm due £72 and they gave me £13.99.
They have my money and everytime I email their nightmare customer service I have to go back to the beginning and explain the story, over and over again, with no refund!!

Just appalling bought a treadmill didn't work, contacted so many times I lost count .Wowcher useless no response from the company ,trading standards and bank contacted told by generic email courier will collect gave the date I am waiting had this nonsense going on since January THEY DO NOT RESPOND ,and clearly have no idea about anything ,saved countless un responded mail .Not going to hang on to it so solicitors next if not picked up STAY WELL AWAY total shambles

They sent the wrong order very quickly and although I tried to contact them immediately after receiving the items on 11th of July 2022 I have still not been able to get in touch with them to return the items and get a refund. I have phoned, the phone message was to leave a message and then cut of before I was able to leave one.
I filled in the email on the buyerempire website but received no reply. I did this on several occasions to no avail. Have also written to to the address on the website and still no answer not even an aknowledgement

I only gave 1 star because I had to put something in. This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with, there is zero help offered, just excuses and 'passing the buck' back to Wowcher - who are just as bad with their service. All I can say - is PLEASE don't ever buy anything from Wowcher (or any other affiliated website) that is supplied through Buyer Empire. Goods are damaged, no refund option offered - so one has to thing they are a scam company. I have reported to Financial Ombudsman, Trading Standards and now thinking of laying a legal charge against them

Received broken and dirty chairs from buyer empire. They were collected from me on 28-6-22 but still not had a refund despite many emails and WhatsApp messages to buyer empire and wowcher.

Avoid at all costs! I ordered 2 sun loungers through wowcher and these were the company supplying the goods. when they came the box was damaged, the wrong product had been supplied and the chairs are damaged!!!! I contacted Wowcher who are also disgusting. There is no number to call its all through whatsapp and they don’t reply to messages! I have repeatedly asked for my money back and i have received nothing!!!!! I have tried calling this company and no one answers, they ask to leave a message but cut you off before you can do it!!! I have also asked wowcher to stop sending me marketing emails and unsubscribed 4 times yet they are still sending them. I am reporting to ico and trading standards.
Do NOT buy from wowcher or buyer empire they are rats!!! Fraudulent companies like this should not be allowed to operate!!!!!! Hope they rot in hell!

Absolutely awful & criminal practices. Sent faulty & dangerous goods, have not refunded the money & don't respond to communications. Why Wowcher think its OK to enter into deals with companies like this is beyond me. I'll have to claim my money back via card issuer, who will then make life very difficult for this merchant.

Also nuts rusty. When i emailed them direct was offered £10.00 off! Said this wasnt acceptable and i wanted a full refund and the goods to be picked up. Heard absolutely nothing. Resorted to getting the funds through my bank and am still down by the del fee of £15, not at all happy!

Original order was’lost’. Accepted an alternative colour. On delivery the order was only half there. Company refuse to send the missing parts stating they need to collect the incorrect order and send a whole new order. The insist someone needs to be at the property when the incorrect order is collected. For five weeks I have been waiting for them to sort. They won’t give me a refund they won’t send the missing parts, just insist that someone needs to be at the property between 9am and 6pm Monday-Friday for them to collect their incorrect order. Ridiculous situation. Living social state they are one of their trusted suppliers and aren’t much better. Avoid at all costs. Disgraceful.

Bought a rattan furniture set through Wowcher and the side support panels screw holes are misaligned. Complained to Wowcher and eventually received a replacement back panel instead. They do not respond to support@buyerempire as the emails bounce, even the website 'does not exist'. keep clear of this company.

Purchased a patio sent via Wowcher who show it as coming from Bright Associates. Had an email from Buyerempire saying it had been delivered and handed to me. I was not home so this was impossible!! Now their email address is saying 'Your message wasn't delivered to support because the domain buyerempire.co.uk cannot be found.'
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!

Never done a wowcher deal b4 and I won't be doing one again. Bought a bistro set from buyerempire was unaware of the 29.99 postage until I redeemed voucher. Has arrived b4 time, but not the colour as shown when ordered, had a job putting one of the chairs together. To much hassle to return

With all the bad reviews that this company have, I'm surprised that these clowns are still trading.

I ordered a weight bench through Wowcher back on the 17th January, on the 19th January they delivered what I thought was my ordered, when opening the box they actually delivered a rattan furniture set. After weeks and weeks of emails going back and forth they eventually arranged for a courier to pick up the goods, however it is now the 22nd Feb and I am still waiting for my original order which I doubt I will ever see and yet these robbing scumbags have taken my money and have not offered any kind of resolution.

PLEASE! PLEASE!! PLEASE!!! Stay clear from these useless morons!!!
