Beware of this company

Sent back a partial order for a different product, in line with their "returns" policy. Have to send to THAILAND. BEWARE. The cost was £30 postage and then their company REJECTED the package when it was delivered in Thailand. Came back to UK to our home address despite the company having agreed the return and acknowledged in writing that we wanted an exchange. Do not deal with this company unless you are prepared for heavy postage costs and then rejected returns.

Fantastic Experience

Bought 6 magnetic strip window screens. Product arrived quickly. Instructions were easy to follow. Finished product looks fantastic. Highly recommend this company.

Terrible experience with these

Masquerades under various names with local business addresses but are based in Thailand. I bought silk which turned out to polyester satin and even then was the wrong size. Return was impossible due to demand for private courier shipping (very €€€). Umbrella name seems to Caruso Consulting Co ltd. Their websites are well done but their support emails bounce and their chat bot looks real but is also fake.
