Both phone numbers on the website are disconnected

The system won't allow me to give no stars, but they shouldn't get one. This is a complete scam company that has been reported to the Police and Government by many people. They are complete and utter rogues and just take people's money without delivering goods. They never reply to emails or phone calls. You have been warned.

I cannot understand how these scammers

Rubbish company. Decided to buy air fryer from this mob after viewing on Amazon and getting a message from Microsoft saying it was £53 cheaper on this site. Followed link and checked website. All seemed ok so proceeded with order. When no despatch email received after 10 days asked for a refund. Told 5 working days. No refund received. Again emailed and asked when payment will be paid. Told next working day. Still no refund. Emailed again with no reply. Phone numbers on website do no work. Disappointed with Microsoft for highlighting "discount" which has cost me over £110. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE/COMPANY

Ride on lawnmowers.
I bought a new Mountfield about £1000 off list price. Never saw it or was able to make contact.
Dealswiz was the name..... but the same advert continues to appear daily, under different names.
I got invoice, shipping note and tracking number. All looked OK until no delivery on the promised date.
Nothing but a total scam. Do not entertain

Luckily got my money back via the credit card procedure

I rang some reputable firms and they said the prices cant be sold at these prices this looks like a Scam, so I suggest you go to a great firm- Mow Direct.

Delivery time 7 business days, time to post 3 business days. Total = 2 weeks. I'm now on 3 weeks of waiting and still no item.
I've sent 4 emails, with no reply at all. I've tried calling both phone numbers, but both are out of service. Last message I received said delivery would be 18/03/24. I paid on 23/02/24

We are now on the estimated day of delivery, with no contact back from customer services, and no update on delivery of item.

They advertise their premises as a unit in Yorkshire, but upon calling the neighbouring address, there isn't a physical address as named. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

Their website stated that delivery will be within 7 business days, so we ordered for a washing machine from them. Turns out it will take close to 4 weeks for their delivery, emailed their CS and sales (which it seems like its a two persons company), 0 response!

I will not recommend buymouse to anyone.

got the full refund but without any apology email whatsoever, 3 weeks and around 30 quid wasted with washing in public machines.

their delivery company "parcel-homes" looks fishy as well.
