Order with no tracking and zero response from support
I placed an order on March 7, 2026 and still have not received any tracking information or updates about my shipment. I have attempted to contact customer support but have not received any response.
At this point I have no idea if my order has shipped, if it is delayed, or if there is any issue with the order at all. The complete lack of communication from the company is very frustrating.
If the order is delayed that would be understandable, but customers should at least receive tracking information or a response from support when they reach out.
Until the company improves communication and actually responds to customers, I cannot recommend ordering from them.

When I found out my favorite novel was releasing a special Taiwanese version I immediately went and looked for options on how to buy it, I came across Buy Online Taiwan, asked them a few questions and got a quote. Since it was a preorder they helped me order it the very same day it came out, which was my biggest worry!
