They are overly intrusive; despite my requests not to receive any more emails, my inbox is flooded with them. Their calls are also very persistent, and their manner of speaking to clients is unprofessional. Be careful when sharing your data with this company.

EDIT: They are still using my personal and private information after requesting them not to. Beware with these guys.

My experience with Buzz Capital was extremely negative. I found them rude, condescending, and very aggressive in their sales approach. In my opinion, they over-promised results and failed to deliver on what was discussed.

After declining what I considered to be an outrageous high-interest offer (approximately 40%), I repeatedly asked for the communications to stop. Despite those requests, I continued receiving persistent emails and contact through their loan and marketing systems, which I found harassing, intrusive, and highly unprofessional. I was also very uncomfortable with how my personal information appeared to continue circulating within their systems after I withdrew interest and consent.

Overall, the experience felt high-pressure and exhausting rather than helpful or transparent. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering financing through them carefully review all terms and think twice before providing personal information. RUNNNNN!

Time to funding was quick (less than 2 weeks) despite one or two points that needed ironing out. After previous experiences with some flaky competitors, the Buzz team were efficient and easy to work with and delivered as expected

Professional, friendly and quick decision making

We were looking for help in both raising our next round of EIS/SEIS investment as well as a short term VGTR loan.

Buzz Capital was an amazing help with both, with our investment raise taking less than 4 weeks to complete and our loan provided in even less time. Great people to work with.

The only down-side was the costs involved with both the raise and loan, with both being quite high. It effectively took a big chunk out of our working capital that equated to a year's salary for one mid-level employee.

In the future, I'd look to have any fees added on top of our investment ask rather than a part of it and we'd likely avoid getting another VGTR loan in the future as the interest rates and upfront legal costs make them not worthwhile.

As an independent TV production company working without guaranteed resources, pulling together a multi party funded project is never easy, and can be stressful.
