Buzz Gym Avis 

The Harrow council should check on "Harrow Buzz gym", Many Hazzards, Health&Safety issues in that gym, Buzz Gym's CEO & Founder is not responding to any issue, But personally I'm not wondering as its a cheap business with a cheap membership, Once cancelled the membership you can't access to the gym even if an email sent by Buzz' CEO to continue using the gym until the end of the period!, For me it just approximately £15 value left. So I suggest to buy with the rest of my money a ( Room Spray ) to spray that smelly gym!!!.

Was frustrated registering my membership here @ buzz gym Slough .. the Assistant manager Clinton took his time to assist me with professionalism customer services which made me love the gym .. he’s professional and calm , respectful and responsive to his work .. he should keep it up .. more Grace to his elbow…..Ernest ( slough)

Unhelpful staff, request for cancellation has to be done apparently 7 days before which is nowhere stated. To cancel you actually have to e-mail random people who write e-mails like 12 year olds.
Don’t waste your money this is all they are after.

the staff are so helpful and good atmosphere in the gym I love it.

Buzz gym in London is the company to cheat customers money.

I joined the gym for first month, found that in Jan 02, 2024,found the shower water is not hot enough in winter time. The gym seems to provide cold water for showering in winter time.
The Sunna is not clean and not hot. The trainer seems not understand the the two meters indicators and wrongly interpreted the degree in Celsius as degree in fahrenheit
Their trainer is very non professional.
There is no rest place for relaxing. The space is not large enough. Machine and equipments place them so tight without safe path for users walking through.
Once I decide to cancel my membership from Feb, 02,2024.
This bad company cancelled my membership at Jan, 29,,2024.
I am so angry that my first full month membership should be Feb 02, 2024.

The company cheated customers that the outstanding balance of 5 working day not allowed me the access the gym in London
I made a complaint and ask for refund for outstanding 5 working days. But this company does not respond my complaint.
This is a very odd and dishonest company that I would not recommend any people to join this gym

Great gym, it has most things you need and kept clean and tidy. Decent selection of classes, but I tend to do boxing which is great, buzz oxford has a real marital arts expert training you on technique which is included for free, so it's not just boxercise. It's gives you a full workout with improving your skills something no other gym does. I also do the spinning which always good cardio burner. I go in the morning which most equipment is available.. for the Price it's difficult to beat..

I absolutely love this gym,it is the best equipped budget gym u will find out there. And the staff is amazing too.

I stayed at the Buzz gym Swindon for 4 years and at the end of my membership I am really disappointed. I have been charged for two months in a row for £20 that I don’t know what is about. I tried to many times sort it out by email and speaking with staff, but they can not explain why and where this charged came from, and can not give my money back.
I have already cancelled my membership from my bank account, received the cancellation email, and still have my money out from them. So, I already paid for two mistakes of them and nobody help me.
I expect a response and serious consideration about this situation.

I was in Oxford buzz on Xmas eve. A lady was close to me so I kept checking on her just to be sure she won't hit on me or I won't be too close to her. She noticed me and she informed her coach (initial L.G.). That coach answered her loudly behind me called me SHAME. I didn't let them affect my mood and I continue my training. Dear coach, you keep building your big muscles but you failed your brain muscle. You can't even think properly or verify correctly the statement from your client and I am pretty sure she mistranslated the story to her coach and the coach reacted aggressively exactly behind me. You two are the shame. Be kind and play safe to anyone in the gym together.

1 stars due to equipment (although accessories very worn and sometimes nowhere to be seen)
Other than that the gym is pretty poor in terms of hygiene, the place stinks on a daily basis, half of the disinfectant spray bottles don’t even work and no tissue can be used only cloths that other people have already used, men’s changing rooms stink, one toilet door as been knocked off and not fixed for around 2 weeks now. You’ll be lucky to find a locker that works and if you do someone has their stinky clothes in them.
Pretty much the only gym in the town centre and I think they know this so probably don’t invest the money that is really needed in this place.

Also if you go in the morning, weights and plates will be all over the gym, you spend half the time trying to find the weights you need. This has also become an issue even going during the day.

If something breaks which seems to happen regularly, then it generally takes longer than a week to be fixed. Most of the benches are ripped or the handle to adjust the angle is non existent. Whole floor also needs re fitting in the free weights section.

Trip hazards and health and safety issues pretty much anytime you visit. See pictures and videos for evidence of what it’s like on a daily basis. More interested in getting as many members as possible when most of the time the place is too over crowded. Could be a good gym but appears owners don’t care about this branch.

Basically if you can then do avoid.

I am a regular at the Buzz Gym in slough, and recently i have to say, one of the personal trainers Felisha Jospeh is an extremely hostile and aggressive individual, she is aggressive to members who enter into her class a little late (with refusing entry), these are paying customers, and the absence of manners is very clear, the lack of service by her is unfathomable, she should be re tained in customer service and basic manners, im unsure as to how she still has a job, but she reflects poorly on the business, i know several other’s who have cancelled their memberships due to her, with others avoiding her service at the gym. Her attitude, her manners, and the facial expressions she makes is extremely uncomfortable for people who are new or young at the gym. When Felisha stands around she constantly has a mood and this is not welcoming at all. If she has personal problems then she should leave that attitude at home. If something is not done about her behaviour then i will gladly leave and cancel the membership, along with my friends and family who attend the Slough gym.

Buzz gym Harrow. I left this review on their page and they blocked me! lol. Hideous place. Hideous people. So you can't expect any level of customer service.

Hostile unhelpful unwelcoming staff.I ended up being left outside. Terrible way to treat potential new customers. The man said I couldn't come in. There are security doors with pins. So you feel like a trespasser. And Mr Grumpy Karen the gatekeeper was beyond vile.
I tried using the screens to sign up for a week or a day or 1 month only. Not possible. They want you to agree to a monthly direct debit. I am only here in London for a week. I did phone ahead and was assured I could visit as a guest. A horrible experience. Never will I ever train here. Also the music was incredibly loud. Even outside!

Nice big gym for city centre (Reading)! In need of a hip adductor machine as there is a hip abductor, doesn't make sense to only have one. Otherwise a good vibe and never too busy.

Locker not safe three time break my locker it’s not good how to manage my gym stuff

I have been more than one year on this gym, mostly at night time, and I have been so disappointed because of too many reasons relating to the present STAFF and Management, first when I forgot the wrist wraps, at the gym and they didn't find them, on that time they said a member probably took them, me personally every time when I find stuff, on the bathroom or the changing room, and are not mine I live them on the reception desk, hoping they will return them to their owners, after a couple of days I came training on the day time, and also I ask one of the coaches from the gym if he saw my wrist wraps, after I describe them his face look like he actually knows something, he has gone on their locker room to have a look, and he came back with some old wrist wrap telling me I can use them, well I did my training on that time with one, but it was too worn out and did not have a positive result on my training.
After a couple of weeks, I came again in the daytime, and notice the same trainer I have to ask about my stuff, I saw him training with my wrist wraps, and I recognize they are mine from a specific marking I left on them. I didn't mind at that time I got a new one for myself, but also recently I found out from one of my gym friends that other coaches somehow put a "thing" on the backpack and take it home, but my friend insist to bring back his "thing" a soon as possible, and they have brought it back.
Also now during the winter time, at the night is very cold in the gym, but they keep the AC ON at a lower temperature, which, in turn, can cause muscle injury.
I'm satisfied with the equipment and the members in the gym, but the STAFF needs a big improvement, if someone from the head offices will see this review, I ask them to please take action.

When I first joined Buzz Gym (Swindon) I thought it would be the usual low-price gym, but I was actually very surprised by the equipment and the availability of many different classes. Also, PTs are always there to help with a smile.
So if you have Buzz Gym near where you live, that's worth your money.
