Our journey with BVS to buy our home in the UK was an absolute breeze.

We had originally planned to buy next year, as my wife only started working in the UK earlier this year. On a whim, I called BVS and spoke to Sisira, who explained that we could make it happen much sooner and walked us through a realistic timeline.

Ravi was assigned as our financial adviser and was excellent from the start. He got our Agreement in Principle sorted quickly and guided us on plenty of other questions along the way. We secured our mortgage offer at a very good rate.

When we were handed over to the post offer team, Menaka guided us through the rest of the process, particularly at the points where our solicitor let us down.

It genuinely felt like working with a good friend who was always on our side and looking out for our best interests.

This all happened at a turbulent time for buyers on a visa like us, when many lenders stopped offering mortgages to visa holders because of the uncertainty around the US and Iran conflict. Thank you, BVS, for making our first home in the UK a reality.

I received a wonderful service with assisting my first home buying. As soon as I made the decision to try and buy a house Buddhika Kotuwegedara from BVS mortgages provided friendly advice, making everything possible. Always keeping in track and helping me to achieve all the goals. Was able to secure a good deal for the mortgage and he looked in to all aspects like talking to different companies when I suggested to make sure we get the best deal. I would say he went an extra mile to support us through the mortgage process than just doing his duty.
