Absolutely do not order from this company. Poor customer service. I made a purchase on November 12 today is December 31, and I’ve still yet to receive it. Also beware that it is not made extremely obvious that international customers will have to pay a custom fee or duty fee. I have ordered many things from international companies, and I have never had to pay after my original purchase for a duty fee. It was usually already included in my purchase. Again, do not order from this company.

Placed order on December 1st.
Been a month and my order hasn’t even been dispatched yet. Emailed support and was told a multitude of lies about delays and a partial refund none of which were true or implemented. Would strongly avoid this company in future and will have to issue a chargeback via my bank to resolve this, AVOID.

Purchased pants November 8, 2025 and still have not received my item. I was made aware there would be delays and my order would ship out December 19, 2025. Order has not shipped and customer service is no longer answering my emails.
Seems similar to most comments. Ypu order, but order never shows up and customer service just continues to lie. My order made almost 2 months ago and still nothing.
I wait more then 60 days for my order and still nothing.. they sell you clothes they don’t have. Worst customer service i never see.

Super thin material feels cheap. Almost like a pyjama top. Extremely stretched. Doesn’t look like the pictures and not worth the price unfortunately

This brand is a total scam. They took almost 2 months to ship my order. And for a longsleeve that was worth $90, I would expect the material to be alot thicker. The stuff they make their clothes with is thinner than temu material. I wish I never bought from them and when I emailed them all they said was that they could give me 10% off a purchase that has to be over $100. What the f is up with that? Also they will delete bad comments on their instagram and tik tok pages and block you so I had to go here to warn people. Please do not buy from this scammer.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It has been 31 days and counting and my purchase has not shipped. I was told it would ship out December 9th and a long sorry spill about being so busy and when reaching out on December 11th for a good tracking number I was given a dry email that stated it hasn’t shipped and I will get one when it does. I ordered this back on November 10th. A full refund would be the least you could do- but by the looks of your reviews- this company is consistently letting people down.

I've ordered and purchased clothes from kollar since 2017 and the quality of product and level of customer service has always been exceptional. Will continue shopping with you as long as products are available.

Deceptive shipping and return practices. Be warned. Additional communication to try to resolve this has not been successful, despite their reply stating they would happily fix any issue. This company continues to not provide timely responses for customer satisfaction, have deceptive shipping fees, extended times for items to be shipped, and an impossible return policy. In addition to their deceptive actions around US Tariffs.

Final Update (Jan 8th):
1 out 2 packages arrived, again much later than indicated in emails, and below in their own comments. Reached me on Jan 3rd, other package hasn't left their warehouse yet (i know this through the tracking).
The package never shipped on 23rd December as mentioned below in their reply, and it was again, only after me following up incessantly did I get one of the two moving. I have email dates, and photos to prove everything I'm talking about.
I'm never one to go to such extremities to make a point, but this has been hands down the worst customer experience of my life. I would give this ZERO stars, if there was that option.
Save yourself the hassle, go to All Saints, Zara, Abercrombie, and if you want luxury goods, SSense is an option.
Disheartened by this whole thing. More people need to see this.

Awful customer service. Products not worth the money or hassle
The brand is very hit or miss. I've bought stuff from them over the years, but have been left disappointed with the quality of certain products.
For ex: I bought two pairs of jeans, which started to rip up after barely 2 years of use. One had a hole in the back pocket, and the threads from the other started to unravel.
You can buy a pair with the same material from Diesel or Levis for a fraction of the price and it will last you a lifetime.
More recently, I've had huge trouble with the customer service and communication.
Their recent promo was initially said to ship on the 31st of October. They changed it to Nov 10-14 blaming it on a "typo", and then Nov 27 with no notice.
I haven't received any word back to my emails for updates. Considering their MO as a "luxury" brand, I'd expect the basics when it comes to customer service if nothing else.
Even if the products I (eventually) receive are the best shirts i've ever worn, I'm likely never going back to using this brand, as it's not worth the hassle and $ I spend on it.
UPDATE: It's been 2 months(!!!!) since my original order was placed (Oct 20th). I still havent recieved it.
I was told they'd arrive by the 17th of December, and then 23rd of December. The days went by with no communication on their end again.
At this point I dont even know if they'll ever arrive, and am in state of disbelief as to how a company can operate like this.

Had to pay tariff fees that ARE NEVER MENTIONED ANYWHERE-an additional $40 dollars! For a T SHIRT!!
Plus I had to follow up several times on the order.
Not cool and won’t be ordering from them again.

Never had so many compliment for a fit in my life. Their cowboy inspired cap is legendary. The fit of it is what I think sets it apart. Well done to the team that designed it. I'd say you've beaten New Era on that one. My small qualm is that delivery was expensive as I live in the UK.

The jeans are perfect, love the color, fit, quality, etc. I was nervous that I would be disappointed because they are reasonably priced but I am very happy with the quality and style. I will definitely be making another purchase soon.
I was originally sent the wrong size(ordered 32, received 30) but the customer service team was helpful in facilitating the return and getting the correct pair out to me.
