Excellent process
Excellent communication - date and time given 48 hours before with the option to change it if not convenient. Had a telephone call half hour before delivery time to confirm still ok. Delivery men so friendly and polite.

We received 2 emails for time slot delivery confirmation, plus a phone call. Delivery was on time and the driver brought the very heavy box inside, and he didn't have to but he did! Excellent service, so refreshing! Thank you.

Great Installation from Byeway
The Installers from Byeway did a great job of installing a White Stores Legacy Pergola. They arrived on time and went straight to work and were finished in a couple of hours. They made sure I was happy with the positioning and ran through how to operate the louvres and blinds.

The two-man team were very professional and polite. They were careful with the large delivery item and put it exactly where I needed it. They phoned beforehand and advised me when they would arrive. Excellent service from them both.
