Received defective item, company unresponsive
I ordered a dog leash from this company and it arrived with a loose pin in the brass hardware meant to secure the handle. With this defect it is unsafe to use as it may break under pressure from the force of a dog's pulling. I emailed the company many time about the defective item with no response. At the time that I purchased the leash, they had written on their website that they cover all custom fees when shipping to the US. However I received a bill from FedEx for customs charges shortly after receiving the leash. I've tried several times both via their online chat and email to get in touch with them and it has been almost a month now with no reply.
