It was easy to order and very happy with the product.

I went to Kohls website and saw this beautiful bathing coverup which I immediately ordered. I then went to Whitmore's website and plan to place additional orders.

I have ordered a dress from the website. The dress came in a used packaging and no tags. The quality is absolutely terrible and the cut of the dress is different from what is advertised. I have reached out to the company and they keep offering me a small percentage of the refund and the rest as a store credit. Terrible customer service.

This company is appalling. I ordered a dress which took ages to arrive. It was awful and had no instructions for returning. I saw on the website that you had to email to get return instructions which I have done four times with no reply. The dress cost £49.99and is of no use to me. How can companies like this get away with this fraudulent behaviour, because that is what it is.

Didn’t expect to like this set this much, but yeah it just works. Feels light, looks put together without trying too hard.

I got exactly what I ordered and the color is exceptional!! Glad I ordered from this company.

Great experience with Whitmore. I was looking for a raincoat I saw on vacation but did not purchase (the opposite of buyers regret!). Not only did Whitmore carry it but price was less than half of what I would have paid. Very happy with my purchase!

This is a SCAM! The favorable reviews are fake. I ordered a dress and I received a dress that doesn't look anything like what I ordered. The dress they sent has no tag or labels. I ordered the largest size they had to allow for alterations just in case the item ran small. The item they sent doesn't fit my daughter who is a XS. It's that tiny. It may fit a 4/5 year old child. They hassled me about a return, saying I had to pay for return shipping to China. The return address on the package is NOT in China and no where on any tracking info didn't list any international locations.
This is done intentionally and to deceive consumers. I'm certain the favorable reviews are fake. Poor quality. Deceptive. Bait & switch. False advertising. BEWARE!

Due to the reviews I made a purchase. Once I received my item I realized I ordered the wrong thing so no problem I contacted the company about an exchange. I was told that I would have to share the cost of shipping still no problem. Well when asked how do I handle the return I was told to keep it and they will refund me $6.00. I thought strange but okay. Needless to say I never received the replacement order and when asked about it I was told oh you took the 10% refund. Now why would you think I would just give you my hard earned money when I stated in the beginning I needed the item in a larger size. Ladies just be aware companies like this get over all the time. I hope this review helps someone else not to be scammed like I was.

Fits pretty true to size, maybe a tiny bit roomy but nothing bad. I actually like that it’s not super fitted everywhere.

I have not received the dress yet - but the shopping experience was 10/10!!!

I ordered four shirts from this retailer. Immediately after purchase, I was offered 50% off if I left a review right away — before the order had even shipped. I left an honest review noting I hadn’t received the item yet, and declined their follow-up request to post a “good” review on Trustpilot for the same reason. I was never given the promised discount, and was charged the full amount.

When the shirts arrived, the quality didn’t match the website photos, and sizing was wildly inconsistent — two of the four shirts ran significantly bigger than the other two, despite being ordered in the same size. I tried to return two shirts and went back and forth with customer service multiple times. They required the items be shipped back to China at my own expense, with a specific return process, which would have cost more than the refund itself. I ultimately accepted a partial refund of $17.98 on a $137.54 order.

Between the review-for-discount scheme and the deliberately difficult return process, this feels like a deceptive business practice. I’d caution anyone considering ordering from this company.
