Very good products and quick response customer service. Ahmet was very helpful in helping me dealing and solving the delivery problems that I had. The earrings were very pretty and elegant. Overall, I am very satisfied.

I purchased a pair of bird earrings…
I purchased a pair of bird earrings earlier this year in swanage while on holiday there but then I lost one, very disappointed as I loved them, then I had a look on line and they were so decided to purchase a other pair plus two more of a different type, they were very good and delivered very quickly,

My order hasn’t arrived in time
My order hasn’t arrived in time. It took almost a week to get to Ireland and is now stuck in customs.
This was a special birthday present for my cousin, who’s birthday is now after passing.

Beautiful,unique gold and turquoise pendant.
I love my gold and turquoise pendant from Byzantium. It looks unique and classy, much more expensive than it's actual price tag. A real bargain!
It also arrived the next day. Excellent service. I thoroughly recommend Byzantium.

My Birthday Present from the Uk
I recently received my earrings as a birthday present, and wore them on the first day of my holiday, unfortunately I lost one on the beach, I was very upset as a dear friend of mine had sent them to Canada from the UK.
When I got home I found out on the internet that they were from the Byzantium collection, I found the exact same pair on your website, ordered them easily, paid and received an email from you confirming they were on the way, as easy as that. I now have my earrings to go with the necklace.
The service was fantastic, received the package today, my original earrings were received by me on my birthday which was the 2nd May, my new earrings arrived May 19th.
I can’t say enough about, Byzantium, a fantastic firm, never dealt with a company who came through like that. 11 stars out of 10. Price was unbelievable from UK to Canada.
