Byzz+ has been a total misfit for my business which is The Nomads Tent, has a physical shop wth a website and social media platforms. I regret hiring Byzz+. Although the choice was mine, and I admit it was based on little understanding on my part, I hold Byzz+ heavily responsible for carrying on under a non-cancellable 12 month contract when serious problems and my objections became obvious. I never understood what their service actually did or how it was supposed to help which as a 70 year old is probably not uncommon. I eventually realised that it was pointless. Graphs and charts provided monthly were incomprehensible but most important was that I saw zero impact on traffic to our website or improvement in sales either online or in my shop. If our website was the problem, they could have explained that and advised us in some way instead of ploughing on with wasted and expensive work. To my complaint early on about this I was told the plan we were on didn't include such advice or support.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I can see when your initial meeting was booked in with our Sales Team it was re-scheduled for the same day and time with a different Marketing Consultant. Strangely our Booking system then sent you an e-mail to say it had been cancelled, even though the meeting was still going ahead (as per the call you received in the morning to confirm it).
We have raised this issue with our software company. We apologise for the confusion and hope you have a good weekend.
