Took my money and never heard from them again. They never pick up the phone or answer emails. Have had to contact my cc company to get the money back. Avoid!

Customer Service dreadful
XL Bucket ordered as a present arrived with multiple marks all over. I was told to arrange my own return. The Amazon return process stated I needed a printer (I do not have one) That I needed to drop a huge box delivered by DHL at a return shop. I don’t drive and am disabled! I was told to ask for a lift or walk!!!

No goods and no refund.
I got an email/text saying I had cancelled the order. I had not cancelled. I did not receive the goods, and as
of yesterday I had not received a refund. I have since ordered from another supplier. Please action a refund.

After a little technical hiccup, I finally got my order. Prior to this though I just have to say that communication via Telephone was brilliant! I just left a detailed answerphone message and the resopnse was super quick and they got my order to me the next day! Would definitley recommend.
