My experience with Cabevibe has been wonderful. I've spent countless hours searching for the right chair. I wanted to be really intentional this time because I've also spent hundreds on chairs that didn't last or were super uncomfortable for the hours I need to be in one to work. I initially ordered a chair that wasn't available. I was able to ask a lot of questions to pick out the right replacement option. I haven't received it yet but spent far, the customer service has been impressive!

It took a few tries but customer support was very helpful in managing my return of the M4. It is a very impressive seat but was not the best device for my newly replaced hip and customer support totally understood. Very one on one support. Thank you.

The chair arrived with a cracked tab, the one that controls the hydraulics. I contacted Support and they immediately helped me. We exchanged information and photos and within 10 days I received replacement seat shipped to me FedEx.

The chair itself is extremely well built and heavy. I would recommend this company and their product.

I had some problems getting my chair set up to fit me and how I work. Customer service reached out to me several times to work on adjustments to make it comfortable. I like a company that doesn’t just sell a product but also supports the customer as well.

Easy to order, quick delivery, easy to assemble and very comfortable! I am a petite female at 5'2" and this chair fits perfectly.

I got the CabLady S1 & love how adjustable it is! The office chair I was using has had little to no support and really messed up my back. I’m sooo excited to finally have a chair the supports me. My fav part is the footrest, so unique and very functional!

I love my M4 & it’s made a huge difference in reviving me when my back & hips are achy towards the end of my day! It would totally deserve 5 star except for the fact that after I received it I tried it out on my sofa at home before taking it to work & wished I had gotten the plus as I didn’t realize how small it would be! I’m a very petite person who doesn’t weigh much but I do have hips! I said all that to say that I was a bit disappointed in the return policy! I finding out it would cost me $100 to exchange the m4 even though all I did was sit on it once at home & realized it was a bit too small! I do understand you are a new company so hopefully as you grow that policy will change a bit especially for a product that’s returned w/o being used! I don’t think sitting on it for a few seconds would decrease its value or justify $100 return fee! My mom is about 80lbs so I may have to give it to her & buy another at some point! I hate that bc i really do love it!

The lumbar cushion can’t be adjusted. It’s too low in the chair making the chair uncomfortable. I’m so disappointed. I wanted to like this. I gave it two stars because everything else about the chair is perfect for my size.

From the fast shipping, quick and easy assembly with excellent instructions, to the absolute best chair of its type I've ever sat in...I can't say enough about this company! I had one question about how to adjust the lumbar cushion and Customer Service replied quickly and provided the information and then followed up to make sure everything was perfect. It's rare to find a company with this level of customer service combined with an excellent product. I definitely recommend them!

I am so obsessed with CabeVibe! I was a bit wary to order since I had never heard of the company and I’d wasted so much money on chairs that never fit my body (I am 4’10.5 - very petite!) but I am a true believer now!! The S2 is amazing - high quality, professional, and SO COMFORTABLE!! 😱 I just tried the M2 lumbar support and got one for my grandmother who is also a shorty and has severe back pain from arthritis and chemo - she LOVES it and has been texting me so grateful for getting it for her. Amazing company, wonderful support - I hope CabeVibe grows in popularity and others can discover them!

The Cabevibe office chair is extremely well made and carefully designed chair. Very easy to put together by yourself. The quality is top notch.

Love my new chair by Cabevibe! The lower back support is great, I find myself sitting straighter. Also, the foot bar is amazing for a short lady like me. I have never been so comfortable sitting at work!

Customer support that I received about my order was excellent. I neglected to enter my email when I ordered, so did not receive any email confirmation of my purchase, nor could I see any evidence of the order or its tracking online.

A call to customer service was responded to via email within hours, and the situation resolved. I really was impressed.

The product I ordered has not yet arrived, so I cannot speak to my satisfaction with that yet :) .

Although the chair was not a good fit for me, the customer service representative, Claire, was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire purchase and return. The chair was very well made.

I'm 4'11'' and I've been having back pains from all the big chairs, this chair is great fit for my body and for the first time, and much more stable compared to the children chairs.

Customer service was great! I order it to the wrong address and they were helpful and fast and fixing my error! Can't wait for the chair to arrive.

I've been using the S2 chair for a couple weeks now. The packaging was well protected from shipping. Love all the features that this chair offers. The adjustable head/neck rest is a rare find. Chair is well made/designed for petite women size. Lumbar support feels good, little tricky to get the cushion to stay at the right height. Don't pull up the cushion too fast it will reset and slide back down. Must feel the clicks slowly. Seat is comfortable. Foot rests need to be folded backwards (not forward and down) and down to close, I had trouble with this at first. The foot pedal at the base rotates away when your chair direction turns so it doesn't always stay in front of your body. Or you choose not to install the foot pedal. Perhaps in the future design team can make an option to lock the base so the foot pedal can stay put regardless of the chair's turning. The assembly instructions were big and clear, while operating instructions can use more improvement, IMO. Found a Youtube online which provided better demonstration. Overall, it's still an excellent chair and would recommend for others.
