They seem like a great company. The PC I bought is excellent and was a good price. It arrived quickly. The customer service seems superb and I was able to exchange emails with a real person who was helpful when I arranged to get my order shipped on a specific day.

Custom service is excellent. They help you with whatever you need. Prices are on point, If not cheaper compared to other pcs businesses. Fast delivery and customer service. Will definitely order back if anything is needed

Ordered my first gaming pc through these and I could not be more pleased with the outcome , outside service and very responsive and helpful to any questions asked , highly recommend.

I received a different tower shell from the one in the image but i am new to the hobby so am not sure if thats normal. However, everything else checked out. It has been week or so and its all running smoothly. The customer services were pretty good too. Cheers!

My experience with CACTi PCs has been extremely disappointing and has fallen well below the standards I would reasonably expect from a specialist PC builder. I purchased a Gaming PC in September 2026, expecting a fully assembled and tested system. Unfortunately, from the outset, the order was affected by missing components and assembly issues, requiring the PC to be returned for several times for repair. Despite assurances that the system had undergone thorough quality checks and stability testing before being returned to me, the PC arrived with further significant faults. Specifically, internal components had become detached, a fan assembly had not been secured with mounting screws, and the graphics card was left unsecured due to a broken GPU retention clip found loose inside the case. These issues raised serious concerns regarding both assembly standards and quality control procedures. What was particularly frustrating was that, after reporting these faults, I was advised to undertake repairs myself with remote guidance, despite having purchased a professionally built and fully assembled system. This was not an acceptable solution given the circumstances and the nature of the defects identified. To CACTi's credit, their representative responded promptly, apologised for the situation, offered to collect the PC, conduct further repairs, and provide complimentary upgrades as a gesture of goodwill. The company also acknowledged that the system should have arrived safely and fully assembled. However, after experiencing multiple issues, repeated inconvenience, and a failed repair attempt, I lost confidence in the company's ability to deliver a product that met the agreed specification and expected standard. My impression was that considerable effort was being made to avoid issuing a refund rather than resolving the matter in a way that restored customer confidence. Consequently, I formally requested the return of the product and a full refund. Overall, while customer communication was generally polite and responsive, the quality of workmanship, quality assurance processes, and overall customer experience did not meet expectations.

Fantastic team! I first enquired with CACTi in 2023 when I wanted a new PC that would handle AAA gaming and heavy Photoshop & Blender work. It took me 3 years to finally pull the trigger so I contacted them again in September 2026 to enquire.

First of all, the pre-builds on their website are really good prices compared to the likes of Overclockers & Cyberpower, I would say around 5-10% cheaper than the competition for the same specs. One small issue I ran into was it seemed hard to clarify some part specs (mainly the case), the listing wasn't accurate to the images shown - this is just some constructive feedback to just ensure listings are accurate to images, I'm a little OCD and like to see visually exactly what I am getting.

I contacted CACTi via Instagram for any queries I had and they always responded super quick, even in evenings / weekends, which was really helpful. Some times I wasn't sure if I was talking to a AI team member however.. LOL! But that aside, it was great to know I had that easy form of communication available.

I opted for a pre-built, but with an additional M.2 drive (2TB in total). I ended up with 1 x 2TB M.2 drive, I guess that doesn't really matter, leaves me with a free slot to install an additional drive in the future. Adding this option to the pre-built didn't add any time to delivery, which was fantastic.

I ordered the PC on a Monday, and it arrived by around 11:30AM on Tuesday, super speedy. I don't think I have ever seen anything so well packaged and protected, CACTi really ensure your PC arrived safely and in 1 piece!

Overall, great experience, great team, great prices, great delivery!

My prebuilt PC is working perfectly and I’m very happy with the price! Very excited to have been able to select a PC with specs to my requirements but receive it all in one assembled delivery.

I’d love to give this team 5 stars as the machine is great, but there were some complications with the order that altogether added up to just make the process just not quite smooth enough for the full 5.
The team’s communication is very clear and timely, so I was always aware of the situation.
The PC had to be delayed delivery by a couple of days which wasn’t a major issue for me, and the team was able to arrange for the delivery to arrive on a day that worked for me.
Unfortunately on arrival the machine wouldn’t power on. Troubleshooting on the chat or by email was helpful though the response times were a bit frustrating, especially after doing a check that took less than a minute but then waiting nearly 30 minutes sometimes for the next step.

Eventually after being guided through progressively unplugging all the components and reattaching them, the machine now works perfectly.

I do appreciate the teams help and the upgrades I’ve been offered. Just that the process to get it up and running was a bit more involved than my hopes of plugging it in and starting to play!

Very happy otherwise so far after having it working for a week, and I’m confident that if I need any more help I would get it quickly from the team.

I was new to pc gaming and was looking around to find one to buy but I did not know anything about them. After finding this company and speaking to James who took the time and explained it all to me and helped me find the best product for me at a very good price he delivered it the same day and when the computer came it was exactly as specified in the AD and as James had explained it to me on call. Highly recommended amazing service and can’t wait to buy another one someday soon upgrade my parts in the future.

Really happy with my experience with CACTi PCs.
I was looking to replace my old PC and had quite a specific build in mind, including a Ryzen 7 9800X3D and RX 9070 XT. I also wanted to part-exchange my old system, which had an intermittent GPU fault, so there were a few extra complications involved.
Alfie was very helpful throughout the process and was happy to discuss the specification, pricing and part-exchange value with me. Communication was excellent, and I never felt pressured into making a purchase.
The final PC was upgraded with an MSI B850 motherboard and 360mm liquid cooler at no extra cost, which was a really nice bonus.
The PC arrived safely, was well put together, and everything has been working perfectly so far. The performance is a massive upgrade over my previous system.
Overall, I'm very pleased with both the PC and the service I received from CACTi. I'd definitely consider using them again in the future.
